I absoulutely adore this book. Even though Ryuna takes the place of Sarada, I can't help but to like her more.
Sasuke is so hopelessly in love with her, enjoying every single minute of the Sharingan study, but is oblivious to the fact that Ryuna is his own flesh and blood, despite their similarities.
Karin, knows Ryuna's secret, and seeing Sasuke's attraction to the pinkette, she tries to do everything in order for him to being with her, coming to the point of eventually faking a baby, ultimately forcing herself upon him.
Sakura, despite all her efforts, can't seem to avoid Sasuke no matter how hard she tries, and it doesn't help when Naruto tries to drop 'useful' hints about Ryuna's heritage.
In the end it all works out and everyone is happy.
