[jugheads POV]

   "Hey dad," I said walking into the trailer and hanging my jacket up.

   "Hey son," he replied.

   "Dad, do you care to explain why Betty and Veronica told me that you showed up and practically dragged Wren out of the Coopers house." I questioned him.

   He signed and stood up, "Wrens parents were Serpents and they were killed by ghoulies when she was about nine, so when they died I took her in, she lives in a room in the white wyrm." He explained while grabbing something from the fridge.

   "Why did you take her in?" I asked sitting down.

   "Serpent duty I guess, plus if the adoption agency found out that no one was taking care of her she'd go to her real parents and they didn't want the responsibility of three kids," he said sitting across from me.

   "What do you mean real parents?" I questioned, I knew her parents died but I had no idea she was adopted.

   "Jughead not even she knows she was adopted so I can't explain that to you." He answered leaning up and grabbing the news paper "but what I can tell you, you know her real sister.
