Chapter 25.

When we got back to my house, i was still crying.

"Are you okay?" Ansel asked me.

"I think." I sniffled. "Are you?"

"As long as your okay, i'm okay." He said.

I smiled and kissed him.

Quinn came down the stairs, and I quickly got up to apologize.

"I'm so sorry Quinn, my baby hormones are making me-" She cut me off.

"It's fine. I get it. I was like that too." She smiled.

I seriously have the best siblings in the world.

I smiled back before hugging her.

"I have to go." Ansel said.

"Okay." I said before he kissed me.

"Love you." He said.

"Love you too." I said as he shut the door.

"Are you guys okay?" Quinn asked.

"He's going to New Zealand to shoot a new movie for a year." I said.

"That sucks." She said frowning.

"Yup." I said.

Should i tell her that Travis got bailed out?

Maybe i'll do that at dinner.

----Dinner Time----

We were all eatting when Mom asked, "How was your day Kendall?"

"Terrible." I said.

"Why?" Dad asked.

"Ansel has to go to New Zealand to shoot a new movie." I said.

"Aww." My Mom said.

"And," This is it. I have to tell them. "Travis was bailed out of jail. We saw him today."

The cat was out of the bag and i relaxed a little about the situation.

Mom dropped her fork and pulled her hand up to her mouth.

"Are you serious?!" Dad shouted.

I nodded.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?" Quinn asked.

"I thought it would be easier to tell you all at once." I said.

"I'll be her bodyguard. I want to kick the shit out of this dingleberry anyways." Brody said cracking his knuckles.

I laughed at that. We all did actually.

My phone dinged and it was a text from Ansel.

'Be ready at 7, taking you somewhere.' It read.

'Kk.' I replied.

We finished eatting, and i rushed to get ready.

I put on a light purple tank top, and denim shorts, with purple flip flops and light makeup.

There was a knock on the door signaling that Ansel was here.

I opened the door and he stood there, wearing a white polo shirt and denim shorts.

"Ready to go?" He asked.

I smiled and nodded.

We walked to the car, and hopped in.

The drive was about 5 minutes long.

When we got there i realized where we were.

The city lake.

He laid down a blanket to sit on.

We sat down and he put his arm around me. We sat and stared at the water.

"Do you ever just.. flash foward sometimes?" I asked suddenly.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"I can see it now. One day when we get married, have a house, have children and we'll have bills to pay. Things like that." I said.

"Yeah." He said after a few seconds.

I sighed. "When do you leave?" I asked him.

"Next month." He said.

I sighed again. "Ansel?" I asked.

"Yes?"

"You made a rebel of a careless man's careful daughter." I said.

He smiled. "I'm glad."

"You are the best thing that's ever been Mine." I said.
