"It's called a jeepney, you uncultured swine." Maria told Lovino and stuck her tounge out.

"Maria, you mango b!-"

"Woah there, dude, I thought you treat ladies with respect." Alfred told Lovino as he got in the jeep.

"That is NO lady." Lovino said as he followed after Alfred inside.

"EXCUSE ME?"

"-AND AWAY WE GO." Juan stepped on the pedal harshly, causing everyone to crash forward.

"OUCH! JUAN!"

Maria
"Hetalia, po!"
===

"So, what hotel did you guys book?"

Ludwig shot up and his eyes went wide. He then facepalmed.

"S***, I forgot to book a hotel..."

Everyone fell silent.

"You forgot to what now?"

"Ludwig, honestly, I expected better from you..." Arthur looked down and shook his head in disappointment.

"I agree. How unawesome of jou, (1)brüder. Vhere are ve going to sleep now?"

"Well..." Maria piped up. "There's always me and Juan's house if that's ok-"

"I'd-a rather sleep at a bus stop-"

"Lovino!" Antonio looked at Maria and sweatdropped. "D-Don't mind him, mi hija, we would appreciate the hospitality very much." He smiled warmly.

Lovino crossed his arms and huffed. "Hmph. Have you seen their home?"

Juan leaned in close to Maria and whispered, "Why don't we leave kuya Lovino at a bus stop while we take the rest to our house?"

"OI."

Maria smiled. "That's a great idea, Juan!"

"CHIGI!!!"

//later... at Juan and Maria's house...

"Is it kind of tight in here, or it is just me?"

"I-a tried to warn you." Lovino shook his head.

"Fratello, be grateful!" Feliciano scolded His southern coumterpart. "Unless, of course, you would-a like to-a sleep under a skyway."

Lovino muttered, annoyed, but didn't protest any further.

Ludwig sighed and turned to the Philippine siblings. "(2)Es tut uns leid. Don't mind him, if it vasn't for jour hospitality, ve vould be sleeping on the streets."

Juan leaned in closer to his sister and whispered, "(3)Kung hindi lang sya tanga at na book sya ng hotel-"

"JUAN."

"Tell me I'm wrong."

Maria sighed. "Anytime, Mr. Bielschmidt."

"Please, call me Ludwig."

Maria smiled. "Okay po, kuya Ludwig." She then turned to her other guests. "Did you all eat beakfast already?"

"It was-a only a light meal. I-a wouldn't mind some boiled egg, ve~" Feliciano said and pointed to some innocent looking eggs on the kitchen table.

"Boiled eggs, po?" Maria saw where Feliciano was pointing and was about to correct him when Juan put a hand on her shoulder. She looked back at him

"Knock yourself out." Juan told him.

"Sweet! Thanks, Phils!" Alfred thanked.

And they all took an egg.

Juan
"Hetalia, po!"

As the Asian nations and Francis were happily enjoying their balut, the western nations - on the other hand - were gagging at the fact that they just bit into an unborn chick.

"Aye, shetings," Juan facepalmed. "I forgot to give you guys some vinegar." He tried to stifle his laughter.

"IS THAT SUPPOSED TO-A MAKE THIS BETTER, CHIGI?!"

"Lovino, keep your voice down, (4)por favore."

"Yo, guys, I think I'm one step closer to becoming a vegetarian." Alfred said amidst his gags.

"Well, in that case, Maria, please be a dear and get Alfred some more of those... er..."

"Balut, (5)tito Arthur." Juan answered.

"Yes, yes, that."

"Uhh, how 'bout... no."

===
Arthur
"Hetalia."
===

"Eh, Juan, Maria. Where are we going first? Matthew asked.

The Philippine siblings talked for a few seconds. "How about Intramuros?"

That place sounded all too familar to a certain Spaniard, American, and Japanese man.

And now for some translations !

(1) brüder [German] - brother

(2) Es tut uns leid [German] - I am sorry

(3) Kung hindi lang sya tanga at na book nya ng hotel- [Filipino/Tagalog] - If only he wasn't stupid and booked a hotel in advance-

(4) por favore [Spanish] - please

(5) tito [Filipino/Tagalog] - uncle

xXx

If you'd like to know what a balut is and how it looks like, i would suggest searching it up. But i must warn you that the pictures you may find might be a little... gross. Especially if you're a foreigner , have a weak stomach , or have a soft spot for animals or unborn creatures 😅

Anyway , as always ,

Ayye , thank 'chu ! 😘
