1.  For any activity to become a routine it takes about 10 days until your body gets used to it

2. For women, weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercising

3.  Start slow to get fast results. Don't go over it with exercise. Start with a good diet and beginners exercise and increase the intensity daily.

4. Your body may not adapt immediately to a new change, so if you're changing your diet or working out more, you may get cramps or aching, it's normal!

5. Obviously , sugar, alcohol and drugs are horrible for any body changing goals.

6. Sex is a great exercise that burns of as many calories as a good run. it also acts like a painkiller. Try it out ladies  😉
