If you're like me and have trouble falling asleep, try these hacks:

1. Take a hot bath/ shower every night.

2. Make sure your bed is done and has clean fresh sheets

3. Make sure your room is at perfect temperature, slightly cold if possible. Cold makes it easier to sleep.

4. Have a warm drink before bed (preferably with milk)

5. Shut off all electronic devices and put them away

6. Don't eat a huge meal before bed

7. Try to meditate, yoga or breathe deeply for a while before bed

8. Don't drink coffee 3 hours before going to sleep
