1. Wipe front to back

2. Drink lots of water

3. Watermelon, pineapple, grapefruit, mango and yoghurt

4. Don't wear thongs too many days on a row, it irritates badly!

5. Think I've said it before but , NEVER ever ever douche!!

6. Make sure you dry the area after each shower...moisture increases risk of bad bacteria growth

7. Try to take a bath in tea once or twice a month

8. Shave w men razor

9. Avoid public toilets

10. Try not to have sex without a condom and if you do make sure the other person is STD free

11. Don't be afraid to go to the gynecologist
