Mångata
(n.) the glimmering, road-like reflection that the moon creates on the water.☽ ☽ ☽
my full luna shines so magnificently
putting disgrace on your midnight blue sky
just like you shaded me on that eighth of July
the feeling of loving you so unconditionally
feels like a mistake in this cold breeze
the honey drops have given me a disease
inside my lunamy half luna shines so elegantly
but still has a portion of it lost in the void
where even light rays can get destroyed
my eyes looked at you so sympathetically
'cause at least my luna is left with something
while you cry and get dissolved into nothing
inside the black holemy crescent luna shines so brilliantly
it looks like my smile which you used to get
the way we existed, how could anybody forget?
the dreams we used to make so incoherently
have turned into nightmares, demons wide awake
we ran away, agreed not to repeat the same mistake
inside the underworldmy new luna eventually lost its shine
as you won and stole its beautiful rays
so fast, with your brutally planned ways
but as the long clock tower began to chime
at midnight the full moon's light fell on the pool
making a path that shone brighter than any jewel
inside my worldmy luna is now borrowing sunlight to glow
but it has not given up, it still managed to survive
even with your darkness, it made it out alive
my luna now fears to say even a 'hello'
to any planetoids out there in the vast space
the lines you have drawn are impossible to erase
inside my luna's heart☽ ☽ ☽
we can't live without the sun but we can live without the moon. but I would rather die than to see my luna missing.
with tonnes of love,
SweetSimu.
