Chapter 7

Yoochun's POV

It was dark out and we had dropped Jaeyeon off at her house before going to grab a bite to eat. The bells on the door chimed as we entered the little Chinese restaurant and took our seats at a table in the far corner.

I began laughing to myself, probably looking like a complete and totally insane person.

"Yah! You look like a retard. Stop that." Yunho slapped me up the head, and I frowned, though it didn't last long as I began to laugh again.

"What's up with you? You seem so cheerily happy. It's creepy..." Junsu pulled a distraught look at me and backed away. I ignored his comment and continued to laugh.

"AISH! Seriously! What's so funny Yoochun?! Your laughing is irritating." Jaejoong exclaimed in annoyance and threw his arms up in the air.

"You know that guy at the theme park before?" I asked them, my laughter settling down to a chuckle.

"You mean the one that harassed your 'girlfriend'?" Junsu asked, playing with his chopsticks.

"Yeah that guy. You'd never guess what." I said, my grin still plastered across my face and my chuckling ceased. The guys all looked at me with questioning looks, excluding Changmin, yet again, as he was too busy scanning the menu deciding what he'd have.

Go figure. That kid's all about the food. I thought to myself.

"I kind of hired the guy to do that." I said. "You WHAT?!" Changmin exploded, dropping the menu on the table, completely forgetting about choosing his food after hearing my little remark.

"Yeah. I hired some random I saw on the street. My plan totally worked. I'm reeling Jaeyeon in slowly... But I can't believe that gay kid off the street accepted" I replied, my grin slowly transforming into a smirk.

"You dumbass! What if she really got hurt? I told you not to take it too far, stupid!" Jaejoong scolded, whacking my head.

"Aish! Alright! I'm sorry!" I said, dismissing the conversation with a wave of my hand before picking up my menu and scanning through the list for something delicious to eat.

Normal POV

The guys had just dropped my off at my front gate before waving to me and driving off down the street. I continued to wave my arm in the air until the car had disappeared from sight.

I heaved a tired sigh as I pushed open the gate and walked up the path to the front door. I jammed my set of keys into the door and jiggled it around, waiting for the 'click' before pushing the door wide open and taking off my shoes, placing them on the rack. I pulled out my slippers and slipped them on before making my way up the stairs to my bedroom.

"Umma, Appa, I'm back!" I yelled on my way up.

I lazily pushed the door to my bedroom open and dropped my bag against the wall before dragging my feet over to my closet to grab my cosy pyjamas that had cute smiley faces printed all over them.

I took my pyjamas to my bedroom bathroom, ready to have a shower after my tiring day. It was so tiring that I managed to miss the fact that there was someone sitting on my bed.

------------------------------

Opening the door, I stepped out of my now fogged up bathroom, the fog rushing out at the new escape. It floated out and gave a slightly misty look in front of me.

I rubbed the towel against my head lazily, letting out a yawn and stretching my free arm. I looked towards my bed and jumped.

There on my bed sat Taemin, bouncing up and down and waving his hand eagerly at me.

"Oppa, what are you doing here? When did you get here?" I asked, my eyes wide.

"Haha! Jae, I've been here since you entered and got your stuff to shower! Your mum invited me over for dinner so I was waiting for you~" He sang happily.

"Really? How come I didn't see you?" I questioned, furrowing my eyebrows in confusion.

"You seemed tired so I didn't say anything. But now that you're all refreshed and energetic, let's do something!" He exclaimed, throwing his arms up into the air.

"Sure, sure. What do you want to do then?" I asked him, taking a seat on my bed as well.

He pulled his backpack up onto his lap, unzipped it and took out two sketchbooks and a big box of crayons.

"Lets draw! We havn't done this together since like..." He stopped and lifted his fingers to count. "Well, since like elementary school!" He shrugged and handed me a sketchbook before lying down on the ground and opening up the crayon box. He grabbed a bright green crayon out and began to draw.

I smiled at his childishness and lay down on the ground opposite, grabbing out a black crayon and began to make lines on my page.

Pressing the crayon against the page, I let my hands take over my mind as I sat there unthinking. I made a circular mark, sketched on eyes, a nose, lips and eyebrows. Quick thin stroked created the illusion of hair that fell slightly over the eyes.

I added in the other features such as a neck, clothing and made ears slightly visible beneath the hair.

Swapping my black crayon for a light brown, I coloured the hair darker, going over my previous lines that were in black. Then grabbing a dark brown, I shaded the eyes. The lips were painted a nice redish pink which made them look plump and alluring. I coloured his skin a pale creamy colour.

I held the drawing away from me. I hadn't realised until now that the person in my drawing was Yoochun. Shocked, I quickly flipped the page over.

WHAT THE HECK! What was that?! Oh my god... What's wrong with me?! Why did I just draw YOOCHUN!?

I shook my head before picking up the black crayon I used before. I was filled with inspiration now, filled with inspiration from my drawing of Yoochun. He's my inspiration now. I swiped the crayon back and forth on the page lightly, causing the effect of a serene ocean.

I drew in a half semi circle and then switched my black crayon for a yellow crayon and an orange crayon. I coloured lightly with yellow before meshing in the orange, to make it have a fading effect. I swapped to red, adding it in and completing my sketch of the horizon. It suited my mood perfectly. I felt serene and calm.

"Jae, Jae! Show me your drawing! Here, I'll show you mine too." Taemin said and excitedly flipped his book around to show me. It had a bright blue sky and bright green grass that was covered with multicoloured flowers scattered around. The sun shone brightly in the sky and there were two stick figures that seemed to be playing in the field.

"Is that you and me when we were kids?" I asked, pointing to the two stick figures.

"Yup! Isn't it an awesome drawing?!" Taemin said laughing. I laughed with him then turned my book towards him.

"It's the ocean." I said as a slight smile formed on my lips. Taemin looked closely at the picture before smiling and saying, "It's really pretty. What are you thinking of? What's your inspiration?"

"I just felt happy, and tired, so I thought a serene drawing would fit my mood perfectly." I replied.

Indeed, it fit my mood, but my inspiration you ask? My inspiration is Yoochun now...
