I'm literally so done with all of the drama in the beauty community.
At school
I'm so screwed.
At least, that's what I told myself when I saw the other popular group start to swarm around me. I just kept my eyes forward and kept walking to my class.
"Hey! You!" I hear a girl scream at me. I ignored her and kept walking. I felt a harsh tug on my hair, stopping me in my tracks. I turn around, instantly faced with a bunch of angry looking divas.
"Hey." I smiled at the one standings front of the others. "Can I help you?" I said as calmly as I could. She had about a million pounds of makeup on, which wasn't a problem. What was a problem was that she was so obviously fake. Her lips, her nose, her sharpie eyebrows, her boobs, I could go on for days.
"Don't be like that." She sneered. "Keep your dirty little hands off of G."
"My hands were never on him. Only his phone." I said. Which was true, I hadn't even touched the guy, except for that one little punch.
"You fucking-" She starts, then screams, cutting herself off.
She's like a little kid throwing a temper tantrum. I thought. I tried not to laugh, but failed when a giggle escaped. She glared at me, making it harder for me not to laugh.
Then I was caught off guard by a forceful shove. I was knocked of my feet and into my butt. I just stood up and brushed myself off. I glared at the girl who had pushed me.
"Listen, beauty queen." I started. "I don't know why you gave such a big problem with me, but I have to get to my class." I narrowed my eyes at her.
"You know what my problem is?!" She yelled. "I've been trying to get with Jack forever. He hasn't even acknowledged me at all! Then your ass comes along and you somehow trick him into getting your number!" I could practically see the steam coming out of her ears at this point. I had no reason to be afraid of her, though. What was the worst she can do? Slap me and get detention?
"That's a really depressing story, I'm so sorry that you feel like this." I said sarcastically. "Maybe you should take that wig and all of your makeup off, I think that would help. After all, he seems to be into the more natural girls." I advised in a quick rant.
"Fuck you. You're ass is gonna regret this so much." She raged.
"Okay, cool. What's you're name again?" I asked, trying to seem uninterested.
"Jessie Brooks, don't forget it." She said sassily. I couldn't hold back my laugh this time.
"Holy shit!" I said between giggles. "That's the whitest name I've ever heard!" I heard a few people laugh from behind Jessie, but they shut up once she glared at them.
"Do you guys just do everything she asks you?" I questioned the crowd behind her. "Like, doesn't it feel awful to be a minion? Why would you let a dictator like her-"
"So what?" Jessie cut me off. "It's their decision, not mine."
"Sure, honey." I rolled my eyes. "Now if you excuse me, I need to get to my class." I said, turning around and walking away before she could say or do anything.

Five months later
"I'm so excited!" Lily squealed, squirming around in her car seat.
"Bitch, you need to chill." I said.
Over the past few months, Lily and I had gotten super close. She was like a sister to me now. We sleep over practically every other day and just overall spend too much time together. I mean, it's not a bad thing, but I guess it's more than the average best friends.
