After I finish this chapter I think I'm gonna go back and edit all of the other ones because I sucked at writing (I still do lol just not as much). ALSO TYSM FOR 1K!! I'm so thankful for y'all.

"Okay... I don't think I fully understand what that means. It has to be super simple and clear." Shawn said, scrunching his eyebrows as we were hunched over his bright phone screen. Long story short, it was Shawn's last day in Nebraska and we decided that I would finish school for the year, then join him in his travels. I came up with a master plan; Shawn would tweet that our relationship wasn't real and that everything was planned out ahead of time. He would write that just wanted to see his fan's reaction since he hadn't publicly dated for a while now.

"Well then you come up with something! I'm not an idea fountain, I can't just spew out an infinite amount of ideas for you to reject." I snapped at him, not meaning my attitude. But who could blame me? I had already given him around six totally different ideas that he completely shut down.

"I fucking asked you for a reason! You're smarter than me in English, and everything else for that matter. I would mess something up if I came up with something!" Shawn replied, his voice slightly louder and more intimidating. He was still looking straight at his phone as he spoke. I glared at him and sighed when he didn't look up at me.

"First of all, we're writing a tweet. Not a damn essay. Second of all, try this; Hey guys. I know this might sound really weird, but let me explain. Leila and I aren't dating, our relationship was never real. Everything we did was planned and 100% fake. I wanted to see how you guys would react and now that I've seen your reactions, there's no point in hiding anything anymore. I love you guys❤️" I suggest halfheartedly. He was just going to turn the idea down, I don't know why I was still trying.

"Hold up." Shawn said, sitting up straight.

"I'm holding up." I mumbled.

"Shut the fuck up, smartass." He said, finally turning his head to look at me. I noticed that his eyes were a slightly lighter shade of brown then they normally were. Maybe it was from staring at the screen for so long. I tried to not change my facial expression or body language as I sunk into my thoughts.

His facial expression was cold, which worried me a little. Did I push his buttons to much? I was just trying to be funny, but I'm never funny so I don't know why I tried in the first place.

"I'm kidding. And I like that idea." He said, his stern look turning into a goofy one. I felt my body completely relax, but my mind was still thinking about what could've gone wrong.

"Then tweet it, what's holding you back?" I said, gesturing to his black phone. Shawn threw his head back and let out that cute little high-pitched laugh that I adored. I had no clue what was so funny, but that damn giggle made me smile like crazy.

"Nothing."

----

"What the fuck. It's not even that funny." Shawn said with a judgmental expression as I giggled my ass off.

"Yes... it is!" I said in between laughs. I hunched over in my sitting position and cradled my stomach as I laughed.

"You're such a nerd." He said, crinkling up his nose and trying to hide his smile. I flopped back down onto the soft pillows at the top of my bed, still trying to recover. Shawn put a hand on his face, obviously embarrassed by me even though there was no one to witness the scene.
