"I'm sorry, but can I kiss you?" He asked.
Every cell in my body screamed at me. Half were telling me to say yes, while to the other half was begging me to control myself and deny the offer. My gut told me to kiss him, but honestly, my gut decisions are the worst choices. They say that your gut is always right, but is it really? I always hope one day that my gut will make a good choice, and that's why I always follow it.
Maybe this would be the day.
"Yeah." I finally replied. Shawn smiled, not wasting any time before connecting our lips. He brought his hands up gently to my cheeks and kept them there as we moved our lips together briefly.
I felt the bright fireworks go off again as I placed my hands on his chest. Shawn let his lips linger in the same position for a few seconds before smiling and pulling away. He looked at me happily.
"I'm not the only one who felt that, right?" Shawn asked. I wasn't sure what he was referring to, but I was sure it was related to the butterflies.
"No. I felt it." I squeaked. He chuckled.
"God, that's weird." He said quietly. I had to agree with him on that, I've never felt that... weird, but in a good way. Just the way my stomach churned and how much I wanted more was weird.
"Really weird." I mumbled. There was a silence. It wasn't awkward or anything, it was just... there.
"Let's continue." I said quickly. I ran around him to the door, grabbing his hand on the way and pulling him. I saw him stumble and almost fall, but he maintained balance, sadly. It would've been hilarious if he had fallen.
"Jesus." He laughed as I dragged him out the door.

"I'm bored." Gilinsky announced as I delectably moved a pale colored chess piece on the checkered board.
"No you're not." I responded as he carelessly made a move.
"Yes I am! Between you, your weird, complicated board game shit, and everyone being glued to their phones, I'm dying of boredom." Gilinsky over-exaggerated. I glared at him, chess was neither weird or complicated. Well, I mean, it's not complicated if your playing against a complete dumbass like G.
"Leave my board game out of this!" I said in a tone that imitated Jack.
"No, it's the one that's caused me such pain." He said "dramatically". G was honestly such a horrible actor that it was frightening. He could act if he really wanted to, I guess.
"You'll appreciate the complexity later in life." I said. Gilinsky rolled his eyes, making me smile.
"Speaking of appreciate," He started. "I would really appreciate if everyone would get of if their fucking phones." He shouted, a phone immediately being thrown at his head. It bounced right off of his fluffy brown head and fell to the ground, which was thankfully carpet. Johnson and I laughed and watched Shawn's phone fumble around in his hands he before shoved it in his pocket. Lily and Sammy simply turned their phones off and placed them face down.
"Fuck you Jack." Gilinsky said, turning his head to give Johnson a dirty look and placing his hand on the spot where he had been hit by the phone.
"Hey, that's my line." Shawn said with a smile. Lily gasped then started laughing hysterically, bending over Sammy who also started laughing. I looked at Shawn with a disturbed expression, he just raised his eyebrows and smiled.
"Moving on..." Gilinsky started. Everyone looked in his direction. "What do y'all wanna do?" He asked.
"Music!" I shouted.
