XI - Foundation Day

JooE's POV

We've practiced Nancy's song for about a week

And this is it

The day I've been waiting for

I hope my plans will work

Earlier I spoke with Hyebin unnie

"Will you watch the program later, unnie?" I asked

"Yes of course" she answered smiling at me

I really love when she talks to me that way

"Great! Can you sit on the front row and save one seat for Yeonwoo unnie? I really want you to be there"

"Yes, sure. But why Yeonwoo?"

"C-cos she's our Etoile, right? She should be prioritized too" I explained

"Are you planning something?"

"N-no! Of course not. I just want you to be there" I said looking down

She lifted my chin up and looked me in the eye "Ok, JooE. I'll be there"

I can feel my face turned into a tomato

"See you there, unnie!" I said as I ran away

The next ones I've talked to are Daisy and Ahin

"We've practiced that song for too long, why you wouldn't let us sing?" asked Ahin

"Just do as I say. This is for Nancy. I want everyone to hear her sing. Just her voice"

"And why would that be?" asked Daisy

These girls are too difficult

"Ok, I'll tell you, but don't tell anyone yet"

"Sure!" they said in unison

Our heads gathered up, I whispered and told them everything

"What?!" said Daisy who can't keep her mouth shut

"Ssshhh. I said don't be too loud" I scolded

She whispered "Why you didn't let us know right away?"

"Because I was afraid the news would spread so fast. And I have plans"

"Do you really think you can't trust us?" Daisy raised her eyebrows

"No. I trust you. That's why I am letting you know now. I just want my plans to work"

"Next time you have plans, please consult us" said Ahin

"Yeah. Your plans don't work most of the time" said Daisy as she chuckled

We laughed

"Just forgive me already"

"Ok, forgiven" said Daisy

"Forgiven" followed Ahin

Today is the day everyone's been waiting for

Foundation day

Where everyone can have fun

Booths are everywhere

Kissing booth, Marriage booth, the Jail, face paint booth..

Hmmn

Maybe it wouldn't be bad if I get a face paint for myself

So I went and got a small heart painted on my cheek
