XXX - Unexpected Guest

Nancy's POV

"Nancy?"

I surely know that voice

I opened the door to confirm who it was

"Nancy!!!" she said as she hugged me tight

"JooE" I hugged back "How did you get here?" I said as I looked around to make sure no one sees I have a visitor "Get inside"

She followed while holding a boquette of flowers

"I guess it's already obvious. Here" she said handing me the flowers

***Flashback just a few moments ago***

JooE entered the hotel wearing a cap with Daisy Over Flowers' logo on it, and holding a boquette of flowers

The security stopped her "Excuse me, ma'am"

"Oh, hi! I'm here to deliver these flowers to Ms..." she paused pretending to read the card "Nancy Jewel Mcdonie"

"Oh ,ok. Please proceed to the reception area"

"Thank you!" she said bowing to the guard

She took out the paper she got from Yeonwoo's suit. Written there was Nancy's room number

"R-room 1301 please. Flower delivery for Nancy Jewel Mcdonie" JooE said to the receptionist

"Sure, ma'am. And your name please?" asked the receptionist

"I-is that necessary. I'm just here to deliver these"

"Yes, ma'am. We also need your ID before we can let you in"

Oh shoot. "I.. I think I forgot my ID. Can you call Nancy? Tell her it's JooE. My name is JooE. She already knows who I am"

"JooE?" a woman called out from behind

JooE got startled and turned around "Y-yes, ma'am?" she looks familiar

"Hi JooE! You're here. Is that for Nancy?"

Oh yeah, right, she is Nancy's eomma

"Yes, eomma. I mean ma'am."

"That's good. She's been waiting for it"

Eomma sure knows how to play along

"You can go ahead ma'am" said the receptionist

"Thank you! Thank you, ma'am" JooE bowed to Nancy's mom and proceeded to the elevator

"Mrs. Mcdonie saved the day" she thought to herself

"Your mom is so nice. I'm glad she recognized me, or I could never come up here and see you"

"You've never changed, JooE. You still find ways to make things happen" I said smiling at her

"Of course" she said proudly

"Oh, this is Brenda unnie, by the way"

"Hi! It's nice to meet you, JooE" Brenda unnie extended her hand

JooE shook unnie's hand while bowing "Nice to meet you too, unnie. I've seen you at the airport back in Korea when-"

"Yeah, she was there" I said cutting her off "So what brings you here, JooE?"

"Well I really wanted to see you, Nancy. Didn't you miss your best friend?" she asked

"Aww of course I did, pabo!" I said hugging her
