We made time like no other. We spent many days and nights traveling eating the food and setting up some things to sleep under. Once more I ended up sleeping next to Quinn and Eden. Lupa slept at my side watching Claw and Thaddeus.

Quinn may be here, but Lupa still didn't trust them. We made our way through the snow trekking through it. The further north we went the deeper in went. Lupa leaped through the snow bounding through it as Eden treaded behind her with distaste at being stuck here.

"Silver do you still have water?" Quinn asked looking at me and I nodded before pulling out the water bottle and handing it to him. We ran out of tea many nights maybe a moon or two ago. I ran a hand through my hair as Thaddeus glanced at us as Lupa looped back over.

"I'm going to go find a place for us to rest and eat." Thaddeus said before going away with Claw as Quinn and I stopped and I looked at him. Quinn ran a hand through his messy hair before taking a sip of his drink some water dribbling down his throat.

He wiped it off before shaking his hair. Eden huffed before sitting down as Lupa came up and nudged him and he groaned at her. Lupa's tail went up as she gave him a devious look. She went to leap on him and he lightly smacked her away before Lupa went back for more.

"So are you going to tell me why you ran away?" I asked Quinn. "Are you going to tell me why you ran away?" Quinn asked. "I didn't run away? My mother died." I said confusion. Quinn smirked before I realized he was trying to distract me.

"You can't distract me, I'll get you to break. . . or Eden. Maybe I'll go after your brother for answers." I told him. "No you won't, he scares you." Quinn said. "No he doesn't." I said crossing my arms across my chest as Lupa laid down and put her muzzle between Eden's legs.

"Really then your sleeping with him tonight." Quinn said. "What? No! He'll kill me in my sleep! I know he will. He doesn't like me." I said. "And I thought you weren't scared of him?" Quinn asked with a smirk and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Fear and respect are different." I responded. "You don't respect my brother." Quinn said. "You said respect is earned, what did he do to earn your respect?" Quinn asked. "Well he did strangle me, hold me hostage, and you know." I said. "Don't remind me." Quinn said crossing his arms across his chest.

I looked at Eden. 'I'm not answering your questions.' Eden said. "Are you a servant?" I asked. "What? No I am not a servant. Do I look like a servant to you?" Quinn asked. "No, but you obviously are something since your brother came out all this way to find you." I told Quinn.

He nodded. "Still I'm not a servant, do you really see my brother or I serving someone?" Quinn asked. "No, but I want to know why you ran away. Are your parents mean?" I asked. Quinn gave me a dull look as I smiled.

"Were your parents mean?" Quinn asked. "No my mother was a lovely person. She was always nice to me and sort of babied me, but I loved her. I don't know about my father though." I said the word sounding foreign on my tongue. Father. I never had one, I mean I had one but had no idea who it was.

"My parents were alright." Quinn said. "Are they together?" I asked. I knew some male bears just impregnated their females and left "Yes." Quinn said and I nodded as Thaddeus came back. "They're is a clearing up ahead." Thaddeus said and Quinn nodded.

We went through the snow before the clearing arrived and Quinn and I sat down. Lupa came up and climbed in my lap as Quinn took out some the soup he made last night. He made a fire and heated it up before passing it out and giving some to the bears and Lupa.

Lupa drank the broth before eating the meat before getting up in my lap again and I patted her head. The warm soup was refreshing to my cold body. My sheepskin jacket was wrapped around me tightly. Zipped up, and I had on my rabbit skin gloves.
