Erick and them didn't come without transportation obviously. Horses were outside in a warm place where they kept some livestock near the other ends of the kingdom. With a few other animals as I took a look at the horses they had brought with.

The spotted mare wasn't here new horses were. "We raided a few more cities and got them back. The base is way bigger than when you left. These are some new horses. The spotted mare we retried after she began showing that her leg was hurting." Erick explained as I stood in front of the horse.

It was a tall and muscular black horse with a white star on his forehead. He had black feathers on his hooves and Lupa didn't seem to mind him too much. I knew taking him there would be a bit risky if they did like horses that much.

But since wild horses roaming here was rare I doubt the horse would compare to the juicy moose. "What will it take to keep this one?" I asked. "You can have him if you want." Erick said as I glanced at him as Quinn talked to Hiro and Raegan while Thaddeus sat with him.

Apparently Erick sweet talked them into siding with him. I swear he could make you sell your self to the lord of the underground if he wanted to. I nodded. We would be leaving soon. Most of my stuff was in bags now with all the important things in it.

North was here as well saying her goodbyes to Quinn. None of them had quite caught on to the fact that I wasn't coming back just yet. Quinn did his journey now I had to do mine. And if they told me I couldn't well they just lost their wolf.

Finally we got ready to tacking the horses up as I strapped everything to the gelding. 'We're really doing it aren't we?' Lupa asked and I nodded. "We have to, and we'll be back I know we will we just have to see this and we'll return." I promised Lupa.

Lupa nodded. 'This could change everything.' Lupa noted and I nodded as I attached the last saddle bag just as I noticed Thaddeus as well as North getting on a horse together. "Um, Quinn what are they doing?" I asked and Quinn turned to me with a bit of a smile.

"North convinced mother to let them come with while they deal with the wolf situation. It'll be fun." Quinn said with a smile. Oh god I had to tell him. It was a slow walk before I halted the horse when they began making the trek back.

"Silver what are you doing?" Quinn asked in confusion. 'Don't lie.' Even Eden was staring at me in confusion as he stood next to the tall muscular draft that Quinn sat upon. "I'm not going with Quinn." I finally spoke as Lupa watched Eden who for the first time seemed by surprised.

"What?" Quinn asked in confusion. "Quinn. . . I'm not going with. Your mother said something and I can't ignore it knowing that I could be a dire wolf. I have to see them. There is no want, I have to. I'll come back, I promise, but I have to see them for myself." I responded.

Erick trotted back over. Quinn watched me as I turned the horse around. It was heartbreaking knowing I was doing this. "What's Silver doing?" Ruby asked. Her and Hiro had finally gotten together after all those glances stole and flirting they unknowingly did with each other.

I was gonna miss these bears. But I had to do this. "Silver I'm coming with then." Quinn said. "No, I need to do this alone. Okay?" I asked. "Too bad, I wanted to do this alone and you didn't let me, so your not doing this alone either and you can't stop me." Quinn responded.

I watched him a bit astonished. Erick sighed. "If your leaving again I am not waiting this time. Hope you like company." Erick said as I watched him. "I don't need an audience." "You may need help considering they slaughtered an entire team of polar bears."

They had a point. "You have a base to run." I responded. "And I told my girl she could run it while I was gone and I may be gone for awhile." Erick responded as I shook my head. "Your mother is going to end me if you die." I told Quinn.

"Too bad, now come on we should ride while it's light." I couldn't even answer as they rode ahead. Somehow I went from about to leave them to a new expedition heading towards these dire wolves. I didn't even know what to expect. But deep down I knew we could take it on together.
