Quinn's mood had been soured since the argument with Thaddeus. And I was practically dragged back to his room as he crossed his arms across his chest. His mood was quite soured as he sat on the bed going through his clothes with distaste.

He left and the servants flooded his closet with the finest clothing. Silk, soft furs and much more. Quinn was looking at a silk shirt which he threw over his shoulder before finding a large cloak made of soft velvet material lined in fur which he decided to keep as he set it down.

"You ok?" I asked putting my hand on his arm. His skin was a bit cold as he looked at me. "I'm fine, just really irritated." Quinn said as his hand went through his soft white hair. I nodded at that as I flexed myself just a bit.

"He. . . he gets on my nerves." Quinn said squeezing his hands up before balling them into a fist. "I assume that's what siblings do?" I asked. "Yeah, Thaddeus just irritates me more than North or Blizzard does." Quinn said. "But he is my older brother." Quinn added and I nodded at that.

"But I don't like it when people think I work for them, I didn't even have to come here. I chose to. As well as not wanting them to show up at the base and he expects me to stay now, I have a life now." Quinn started.

"We joined up with Erick and them, and they're waiting for us, I have no reason to leave them. We have no reason to leave them. I ran away from home for a reason." Quinn said and I nodded at that. "Why did you run away?" I asked and Quinn looked at me.

"I don't like talking about it, but my family and I didn't see eye to eye." Quinn said and I nodded at that as I watched him in silence. "So I ran away, found you and you know the rest of the story." Quinn said.

That I did, since the rest of the story had me in it, I knew how it happened. Quinn gave me a soft smile. "And you are a big reason why I am not staying here, the two of us will be returning to the base and helping them out." Quinn said with a sad smile.

He talked a lot and tried to justify lots of his actions but I could see it. He may not want to be here, but Quinn still cared for his family in the long run. He always had and always would. No matter how much they annoyed him.

"You still care for them." I told him and Quinn sighed. "I can't not care for them Silver, they're my family no matter how much they make me mad I can't disown them. We're blood and related. I know that I can't get rid of them, but sometimes," Quinn trailed off.

"You wish that you didn't have to be with them, I know." I told him. "But I do love them, but we went separate ways a long time ago. And I can't just ditch my current life for them and Thaddeus just doesn't get that." Quinn said running a hand through his snow white hair.

"I just wish he would see things my way at times. But he doesn't, it's like he only sees his things his way and it irritates me, I'd love for all of my family to understand why I do these things." Quinn said and I nodded at that.

"Hopefully one day they'll get it." Quinn said and I nodded at that with a bit of a smile on my face. "I'm sure one day they'll understand." I told him and Quinn nodded as he stood up before putting the fur cloak around him and sitting back down with a bit of a frown.

"I never liked fighting with my brother. But sometimes I just can't avoid it." Quinn said and I nodded at that. Quinn ran a hand through his hair before he turned to me as Lupa climbed up on the bed and laid down before he looked back at me.

"Ok I'm getting restless, want to go outside with me and walk around, just near the castle with Eden?" Quinn asked and I looked at Lupa who got off of the bed and stretched before yawning just a bit as I shook my head at the laziness she displayed.
