         Kylie's POV

"Bye!" he said. What was his name again? Kristof? Kris? Whatever! I don't care!

"What have I gotten myself into?" I muttered under my breath. Then, POOF! He's completely gone.

When I stood up, I saw a figure inside the house of our neighbour. I didn't even know we had a neighbour! Then, the figure smiled at me.

I was horrified, thinking that it was another ghost. Why are ghosts attracted to me like I was a magnet? Then, it gave me a confused look seeing my horrified expression.

I quickly ran downstairs, hoping to find my brother. I sighed in relief when I found him getting a glass of milk. It's 7 in the morning so I guess my parents were out for work.

I told my brother about the figure in front of my room's window. Well, he's the only one I could talk to about something like ghost. I know my parents didn't believe me.

"Oh, I know who it was. It's Mark Stanley. I just talked to him earlier." Jake said.

I raised an eyebrow, "Oh yeah, since when did you have the guts to make friends here? You said that you won't make friends around this area 'cause you think that they might be witches or something since this house looks haunted." There's no such things as witches.

"Oh, please. I know if one is a witch." he scoffed.

"Really? How?" I asked, finding this argument amusing. I know he'll give up soon.

"Umm..By looking at them in the eye?" he said, not sure of his answer.

"There are so many kinds of witches, ya know? Like some of them has red eyes or even black. You can imagine them, right?" I said, making my voice scary. "So, scared already?" I added, noticing his scared expression.

"Wha-what? Of course, not! Wh-why would I be scared? I'm a manly man, okay?!" he stuttered.

I looked at his right side and faked a horrified expression. "Oh, my God! Jake! It's the wi-witch! It-it's smiling!!", I half-whispered and half-yelled, pointing my finger at his side.

His eyes looked like they were about to bulge out of their sockets. "Yo-your joking, right?"

I shook my head rapidly. "Oh, my Gosh!! It-it's looking at me!!" I shrieked, covering my face with my hands. Haha! He's believing everything! This is going to be fun!

I peeked at him and saw him trembling in fear. I sighed, "I think it's gone now."

I heard him sighed in relief. Oh, no. I'm not going to stop there.

"Because it went to the kitchen counter to get a very sharp knife!" I ran towards the living room and left him in the kitchen, screaming at the top of his lungs over nothing.

When I reached the living room, I burst out laughing. Then, that was the time he realized it was only a prank.

"You.. should've.. seen..your..face!!! It's..priceless!!"I said between my laugh.

"Why you!!" Jake was about to lunge on me but got interrupted by the doorbell.

"Hello. Jake! Are you okay in there?" someone said.
