Jake's P.O.V. (surprise babiesss)
I saw Sam running toward me in his human form with a worried look 《Jake. Kay. She. D-disappea-》 he said, i immediatly phased, all i could think was Kayleah.
i ran and ran until i saw a body laying on the ground, i knew it was Kay.
Sam was holding some clothes for me to phase back.
《How is she Carlisle?》 I asked 《I'm sorry Jake i actually don't know if she can make it, she had a trauma in her head》 he answered putting his hand on my shoulder, i fell on a chair crying, i looked at her, she was pale and her beautiful hazel eyes were closed, her breath was normal but her heartbeat was not, i only wished she could make it, i couldn't live without her, without her smile or without her hugs.

It was a week since we found Kay in the forest, she didn't wake up, i didn't sleep for all the week and sometimes the pack came to visit Kay and to give me some food
《Jake, please sleep》 said Indiana, Kay's mom but i refused 《i don't want to leave her alone, and if she wakes up? I want to be there》 she smiled at me 《Jacob, i'll stay here with her. If she wakes up you'll be the first I'll tell that to》i finally nodded
《I'll sleep in that bed so I'll be here anyways》i said laying on the bad near the Kay's one, i fell asleep in two seconds probably.
Bella's s P.O.V.
I was worried about Jacob, he didn't sleep and he was tired af.
《Bella... Jake fell asleep wanna stay with him, Kay and her mom?》 Carlisle asked closing Kayleah's door behind him 《yeah thank you》
I went in the room 《how is she?》 I asked Indiana 《She's stable but i don't know for how long》 she smiled at me and i looked toward Jake smiling 《i hope he's having good dreams》i said
《probably he's dreaming about Kayleah, he's too worried to think about every other thing》she said making me giggle a little.
Three weeks later
I everyday went back with the Cullens and in the right moment i sat down Indiana came in 《She's waking up but please don't come in》 she smiled making all of us smile.
Indiana's P.O.V.
《Hey Honey》 i kissed my daughter's forehead 《hey mom》she weakly said 《where's Jake?》she asked making me smile 《he's right there》 i pointed at a sleeping Jake
《how long did he stay here?》 She asked 《uhm a month》i said 《Jake!》 She said with all the voice possible 《uh-h Kay!!!》 He stood up and kissed my daughter 《okay okay i leave you two alone》i waved and went downstairs.
Kay's P.O.V.
《Hey Jakie》 i said kissing him again 《I've missed your kisses》 he said smiling and giving me another kiss 《me too》 i said giggling
《how are you?》 He asked 《I'm fine but my head hurts a lot》 i laughed 《can i ask you something Honey?》 He asked sitting on my bed as i nodded
《do you remember who almost killed you?》 He asked and i nodded 《yeah he was a vampire with blonde hair and red eyes, Nash i think 》
《ow. Fine thank you... can i show you something?》 He asked and i nodded trying to stand up but he picked me up bridal style and crried me to a little room, there was a little girl inside. She was like seven years old i think.
《Kay she's Abigail. Rosalie and Emmett found her in the woods》 he said and i looked at her in shook 《uncle Jake who is she?》 She asked, she seems like she was seven or eight years old 《oh Aby she's my girlfriend Kayleah》he said 《can i call her autie Kay?》 She asked and i nodded in awe 《of course you can little girl》she hugged me as i said that.
I played with Aby for a long time, also if my head hurted a little 《you're good with kids》 said Jasper coming in the room. I smiled at him.
《I'm curious to see your and Jake's kids》 he continued making me blush a little
《you have to wait for that uncle Jas》 I Said 《See? I already like this nickname》 i laughed at him but then i realised 《wait... but i can't have kids Jas... i mean...》 he nodded 《i know what do you mean. But you're special... you know that in every wolf pack there is an only female who can have kids... and this female is the alpha's "wife"? Jake has alpha blood and you're born to be his partner for the entire life, that's one of your gifts Kay》he explained leaving me a little shooked
《really?》 I asked and he gave me a nod 《is Kay a werewolf?》 Asked Aby 《yeah》 i answered 《can i see you in your wolf form?》 She said 《no honey I'm sorry because autie Kay is not feeling well these days, you can see her in a week》 Jas speaked for me.
《Auntie Kay wanna play outside?》 She asked and i nodded Following Her outside 《Kay what are you doing?》said Jake coming near me 《hey calm down I'm only palying with Aby》 i said smiling 《Kay you had a trauma!》 He said worried 《oh please Jake I'm fine》i kissed him 《Aww you're cute》Aby said making us laugh 《want the round two?》Jake asked her《ew no》
