it was just a second, and my heart was instantly annihilated. it was a huge slap in the face, and all i could ever do was laugh. i laughed silently as i realized how much of a mess i am.
i called mina to apologize, and i'm surprised she answered in the first ring like she's expecting my call. "i'm--"
"meet me tomorrow." was what i heard before i could even speak. "and don't you even dare ditch this date again." said mina.
suddenly, all the remaining pieces were brought back together. and i felt like right at this moment, she was mine.
"goodnight, juliet."
