She was a brave wolf, although packless
And every night, she wanders off in the wilderness
In the dark, is where she roams
And in the shadows, is where she blooms

He's the moon, a majestic creature in the sky
That caught the attention of anyone's eye
An impressive illuminous object, whom the sky holds
To drive off the dark night's colds

The wolf stared at the moon every night
She looked at him with such a loving delight
Then the wolf was in love with the Moon, so much
Until she realizes he can never be possibly touched

So she howls at him, screaming his beloved name until the crack of day
Yet he never heard, for he was too faraway
She cried to him, too loud to far until the beach
Her screams of love to the being she can never reach.
