It all happened on a hot day of December
Writing in a paper, everything I remember
It suddenly happened, in a flash
And felt like my stomach met a crash

It then happened,  my eyed locked on you
And saw you had your eyes locked too
There was this suddenly feeling of nervousness that engulfed my whole being
And felt my heart on a beat was dancing

There were constellation in your eyes, yet I never knew what
And there were no words we had ever spat
Then it was there I finally saw,
That twinkle in your eyes made me thaw

I saw stars-no, an entire galaxy
And I also saw the calmness of the sea
Then I saw blue, in your pools of black
And that made me look more and got stuck

Still not looking away, I saw the stars circled
That made my mind jumbled
I saw the world, in your mesmerizing eyes
And how it looked like the night skies

It lasted seconds, yet felt like forever
For you eyes, left me dazed, causing me to shudder
They left me hypnotized
They left me so mesmerized

So I pulled away, before I start going crazy
Afraid, for your eyes are constructed perfectly
Terrified, I quickly twitched
Before you catch my eyes again, and leave me bewitched.
