This fire died down
This fire became cold, and ceased to existence
This fire got blown by the cold wind of the night of December
This fire died down, didn't expect there left a small emberIgnored, denied but never forgotten
For how can you pretend that your love's rotten
Sailed like the Jackdaw in the west Indies
This feelings sailed even if rogue waves were released by the seasHidden in plain sight, like the City of Shambhala
But well hidden, like the corpse or coffin in Panama
Tried to hide it, for my own sake
Oh...I forgot you were Nathan DrakeYou dug up a hole, deeper than the underground
You dug a hole, yet filled with darkness like the Upside Down
You pulled out a torch, but it was dying, you see
Until you saw a spark close to the seaIt sparked, like the fires to fight off winter
It sparked, just like a new ember
Although oblivious, you lit it on fire and smoke
And that's when these walls brokeFor the embers that died down had been lit
The embers that got blown had come back
The embers that had been long hidden
The embers that were ignored, denied, but never forgotten.
