Chapter Four

Future Boyfriend

"Krista Reigne Gonzalez,meet Dwayne Ethan Garnet your future boyfriend." the fang! gantong ganto pa naman ang gusto kong ginagawa ng mga lalaki.

Mag i-introduce sila as your boyfriend,pero teka diba sign yun na gusto nyang manligaw?

"I Krista Reigne Gonzalez, promise to the world that i would never be your girlfriend!"

"That can't stop me."

"Teka! bakit basted nanliligaw ka ba?"

"Kasi alam ko na bibigay ka rin sakin and yes Krista i'm courting you would it be ok?" i became silent for a minute but then ethan waved his hands in front of my eyes and i came back to my senses.

"What? no! two days palang tayo nagkakakilala!"

"Well then let's take time to know each other."

"No!"

"Why no?" because i said so!

"Sige fine 1 month" oh who am i kidding.

"What do you mean by one month?"

"One month pagkatapos nun wala na at pag hindi kita nagustuhan wala na say goodbye!" Nakangiti kong sabi pero siya seryoso lang.

"Fine."

"Your one month starts tomorrow dahil sakto August na bukas."

i said then i left him with Roida,then i came in to my room and changed clothes and jumped in to bed.

"Alang hiya! ako din yun nag pasok sa sarili ko sa isang gulo." i mummbled to myself.and i put an arm in my forehead.

"Krista! you're in big trouble of falling in love.Napasa nya lahat bg qualifications mo.Isa tong malaking Gulo! gulo! gulo! gulo! gulo! gulo!..." binatuk batukan ko ang sarili ko dahil ang tanga ko dahil pumayag ako sa ganitong deal.

"Oh this is bad...What am i gonna do?" i mummbled to myself.

"Just be strong Krista your favorite number is 7 i was born July 7,meaning i'm neutral,teka ano connect nun dun? basta kayang kaya ko ito." i took a deep breath and stood up and changed my clothes back to my swim wear and i added a sunglasses to match my aura.

"Ang init!" i said,sabay tanggal ng sunglasses at upo sa side ng swimming pool,habang sumasabay ang buhok ko sa hangin,na dahilan para mas lumakas ang appeal ko.

"Hey Krista tara dito!" pang aaya ni kuya Ang sakin pero tinaggihan ko sya.

"No thanks im perfectly happy here." pag tataray ko.

Pumunta sa harapan ko si Roida at umupo sa tabi ko.

"Kamusta summer?" Tanong niya.What? suddenly she's serious?

"Hmm...Okay naman,ikaw?" Tanong ko naman.

"So far so good.Sana lang hindi atat si Chael na magpakasal.Yoi know chinese.You know him." Yeah i know him.I know their family and i know her family.Mayaman na si Chael and Roi wants to study and achieve her goal.

Ilang sandali pang naging tahimik.Somehow na enjoy ko ang katahimikan pag kaming dalawa ang magkasama.Besfriend's secret communication.Hahaha.

"I'm leaving." Ayun.Sira na ang secret communication.

Napatayo ako at tinanggal ang sungglasses.

"Ano?! You're leaving us?" nalulungkot kong tanong samantalang siya tinarayan lang ako.

"Gaga ikaw lang!" Ay wow thank you sa pagpapagaan ng loob ko ah.

"Sasama si Chael.I'm going to study at New york.You know." Naiiyak na ako tapos siya naman kumunot ang noo.

"Hala?! Bakit niyo ko iiwan.Alam mo namang ikaw lang kaibigan ko dito eh!" Ginalaw galaw ko ang paa ko na parang pumapadyak.

"Ito naman eh! Alam ko namang loner ka! Wag ka namang umiyak kala mo ba hindi ako nalulungkot?" Niyakap niya ako at umiyak ako sa balikat niya.

"Do you know what wpuld make me happy?" Umiling ako.

"Di mo man kang ba ako tatanungin kung ano magpapasaya sa akin?! Bwisit ka." Sabi ko sakanya.She frowned

"At least have someone who will love you by your side.Para naman alam kong safe ang baby Sister ko at alam kong masaya siya."

I don't think i like where this is going.

"Ethan! Tara uwi na tayo." Nakangiti kong tawag sakanya.Hindi na bakas yung lungkot ko hindi katulad kanina.'Tsaka why waste time being sad? There are many things that can make you happy.

Tahimik lang kami habang nasa kotse hanggang sa nagsalita si Ethan.

"You do know that i was really serious earlier?" He asked and i nodded then slowly averted my gaze to him.

"I'm about to say something really really crazy." I inhaled every breath i could take then exhaled it.

"I can be your girlfriend." Nanliit ang mata niya

"Are you serious? Don't you think it's a bit too fast?" Chickening out?

"Look who's talking.Akala ko ba you don't care about time.The important thing is..."

"I like you...too." i said.

"I like you too but if your only doing this for the satisfaction and to secure my feelings...Pwede ka pang mag back out kasi when i said i like you i really mean it." He does?

"I mean it too.I want to be your girlfriend." I courageously said.

"You know what?" He asked and i got lost.

"What?" I asked back then he smiled genuinely.

"You are so full of surprises." He kissed me and then i kissed him back also giving him the same feelings he's giving me.

There's nothing too fast.This can't go wrong just because i'm fast.

It's always you who control the joy stick.It's you who scale the decisions and happenings.If ever this goes wrong it's because i did or he did something wroing.

Love's a drug anyway.It can make you do crazy things.How is it different in skipping time and making it faster?
