Lucifer's POV: As the crowd dispersed, I went to my room and changed my clothes since I had to go to the Salvatore's because I had known that Katerina was there.
When I arrived the house, I waited a moment to listen who was inside it and I heard the coughs coming from a room so I gracefully entered the place without making a sound so that the brothers wouldn't hear me.
I entered the room and saw my little girl lying there, weak, ill and alone, the only thought of them just having her inside their house to make sure that she died made me angrier than before.
I closed the door behind me and laid beside her. She still had her eyes closed but smiled and said "Mама, you came!", I sighed but put my fingers on her forehead, taking her pain, she opened her eyes, still weak but managed to come closer to me.
I looked at her and asked, confused, "Of course I did, I always came back when you needed me, why did you think that I wouldn't this time?". This time she looked down at her hands and said "The brothers and Elena said that this time I would finally die and alone because no one would ever love a monster like me, I looked at them and smirked saying that you would, but you didn't came as quick as the other times so I thought that you had given up on me" .
Those bastards, they will pay for everything they did. I took a deep breath, calming myself, and looked at her with my famous smirk and said "Well, моята принцеса ('my princess' in Bulgarian), I came now, didn't I?" I gave her my hand and said "Come now, my dear, let's go home now, I have a surprise there for you, and don't worry, I'll make them suffer" she smirked like her normal Katherine Pierce self and took my hand.

He looked down, knowing that he couldn't do anything against me. I said "I've a job that I think you'll love, darling" he looked at me in disbelief and said "I won't do anything to you", he attempted to use his powers on me but I just stood there, smirking, when that did nothing to me.
