*Annabelle's P.O.V *

We are getting on the plane in a bit and I'm extremely nervous. Ashton keeps on looking at me and making sure I'm alright. I've never really knew about mates except for you can tell who they are by their scent, and that the two of you are forever meant to be together. I'm able to keep my boat, it's being scent to Alaska right now actually.

"how are you feeling?"

"nervous, but I'm excited to meet your family"

"they'll love you don't worry"

"what about your whole pack?"

"the girls might be jealous but it's normal" we then boarded the plane. I sat by the window and Ashton sat next to me. This is my first time on a plane and I'm really nervous, so I decided to talk to Ashton just to get my mind off the fact we were in the air.

"how big is your pack?"

"it's not that big, there is only like 100 members, but because we are a small pack with a very well fenced in territory we don't get attached"

"100 werewolves, there's not even that much in Australia"

"it's your accent, it's so adorable" I started blushing

"what's your favorite thing to do?"

"sing"

"you sing?"

"a little, and I play guitar"

"who taught you?"

"my dad and brothers, and ever since I've just loved music and singing"

"what was your family like before what ever happened to them?"

"we were a complete and happy family but that changed before they all pasted"

"how many siblings did you have?"

"four, all brothers, like your family"

"do you mind me asking how they died?"

"our pack attached us"

"why would your pack turn on you and your family"

"we kept a huge secret from them and they felt disrespected"

"did they purposely not get you or did you escape?"

"I wish I could say I escaped"

"that's sick"

"after they killed my family I ran away with the money I had left I moved to a small city by Sydney"

"what's the secret?"

"I-I can't tell"

"why not? I'm your mate" he looked hurt

"I just can't, I'm sorry"

"no its fine, you want to keep your secrets I'll keep mine"

"I highly doubt that you have secrets"

"you look like the kind of guy that will tell me anything just so I'm happy"

"where did that sudden boost in confidence come from?" he laughed

"I don't know"
