Zendayas POV

Myself and Zac had finished our day of rehearsals and I must say, rope work is actually harder than trapeze!

I'd really enjoyed our little lunch break together and just getting to know him, although im pretty sure he has got better with age, that man Is gorgeous!

*7:56pm*

My phone started ringing, I looked and it was Kamzi, she was one of my best friends from childhood.

"Hey Kamz!"

"Z you never told me you were dating ZAC EFRON girl you kept that hidden well, is he your co star? Is that who it is?! Oh my god I cant actually believe this, when he proposes im being a bridesmaid!!!" She exclaimed down the phone not even giving my time to speak.

"Wait what?!?! I'm not dating Zac!!" I said, confused as hell!

"You don't need to lie to me girl, I saw the photos of you both holding hands today, and the way hes pulling you along a little is just the cutest!"

...Oh god...

"Wait no... We're not dating, not at all! I only met him today! We went for lunch and the paps were insane and I tripped so he grabbed me and pulled me through... That's it, nothing else. Period." I returned, half serious, half wishing it was actually true.

"Oh... Um... You need to get online then and have a look at whats being said, they've made out like it so much more" Kamz said down the phone sounding concerned.

"Oh shoot... Look I'll have to go and chat with Darnell, this cant be happening!"

I put down the phone and put my head in my hands.

"Zac Efron leads girlfriend Zendaya Coleman through New York as they enjoy a romantic lunch together before heading back to the studio"

"What do I do Darnell, how do I fix this?!" I cried.

"You cant fix it babe, you just need to go with it" he replied taking a mouthful of his food.

I sat pushing my food around my plate, not really eating it. "I cant go with it, I cant pretend were together!"

"No im not saying pretend your together, but if you shoot them down and get all defensive they'll think you have something to hide, you need to just play it cool, im sure Zac isn't gonna care anyway, he's used to being linked to every girl he works with, you're just the next one"

... I'm just the next one... I'm nothing special, I'd only spent 10 hours with him today but already im a little obsessed, at every given moment im thinking about him and making up ridiculous situations in my head... Surley this cant be normal.

Zacs POV

'Dude how have you got someone as hot as her?! She's on fire!'

*Message from Dylan*

'Bro! Zendaya Coleman!!! Cant wait to see her in the flesh at the next family gathering #smokin'

My phone was going crazy with messages from people, I replied to nobody and threw my phone across the sofa.

How can the press make sure a big story up based on one photograph. This is ridiculous.

I just hope she doesn't get frightened off and now wanna hang out anymore, because I really enjoyed today... Like really enjoyed it.
