Chapter 4

Jennie's pov:

I feel my body jolt at the sound of my obnoxiously loud alarm clock. I flutter my eyes open and instantly hiss as the light that seeped through my window hits my eyes. I begin to stretch my limbs, groaning lightly as I begin to drag my body off my bed and begin to get ready for school. I open my curtains and look ahead seeing Lisa curtains closed. I then quickly feel my cheeks redden at the memories of last night. The way she looked at me with so much intensity was so-. I quickly shake my head, removing the memory of her big doe eyes staring right into mine. How can one person affect me this much?

"Aish.. she's so irritating." I angrily mutter to myself.  I quickly march my way towards my bathroom and begin to do my daily routine.

I smile in content at the sight of my outfit. I was wearing a Chanel off the shoulder white sweater with tight blue jeans. With one last look I instantly grab my bag and make my way to the kitchen.

I walk in the kitchen, loving the smell of pancakes that was invading my nose. I quickly flop myself down on the dining table,

"Good morning!" I happily say to my parents, they look up and smile warmly towards me,

"Morning sweetie!" My mother says while kissing the top of my head as she places my food down in front of me. As I begin to eat, my father begins to speak,

"Honey i was thinking, maybe you can take Lisa to school today since she does go to the same school as you," with that I instantly choke on my food, earning a worried look from my parents,

"Are you alright?" My mother asks. I swallow the food and take in a deep breath,

"Y..yeah. I'm fine, but is it really necessary to pick her up?" I ask, desperately trying to remove myself from this awful situation. My mother then speaks, slightly excited,

"I think it'll be a great idea! This way you guys can be well acquainted!" I then bring out a fake smile and nod. I don't think I can ever refuse my mother when she's that happy. They smile in content and begin to eat their breakfast.

'Fuck.'

'Why me?'

I desperately wanted to just run away, hop into my car and drive off, but since the manobans will be coming over tonight, there's no doubt that they would ask how our drive was, and knowing Lalisa, she would definitely be relentless.

Taking a deep breath, I begin to ring the doorbell and shift uncomfortably hearing rushed faint footsteps walking towards the door. I hold my breath as the door swiftly opens revealing none other than Lalisa Manoban. I tilt my head slightly, she wasn't wearing a hat this time so she looked almost unrecognizable. I feel my heart skip a beat as her features were now very much shown. I slowly begin to scan her face, she was,

'Beautiful.'

Her doe eyes were shining brightly, she had a cute small button nose, and her lips were oh so plump, so inviting. Her blonde wavy hair was shining under sunlight with her cute bangs that were covering her forehead. Her hair looked so soft that I badly wanted to brush my fingers through it. She was mesmerizing, she was like a human doll. I was soon cut off by my embarrassing thoughts at the sound Lisa clearing her throat obnoxiously. I blink rapidly and shoot my eyes back to hers and scowl slightly as her smirk that I absolutely loath was drawn on her sexy lips-

'Wait what?'

"And what do I have the honors of having Jennie Kim standing in front of my door?" I roll my eyes and avert my gaze to the floor,
