I Need You

Kim and I walk into her apartment and she motions for the guys to follow us in.  Jimin goes up to Kim and gives her a small kiss and hug and then he goes to sit next to Jungkook on the island in the kitchen.  I went to sit down on the couch in the living room.  

Kim walks up to me and says, "You and Jungkook need to talk."  I look up at Jimin who is next to her and V is on the other side of me and they both nod.  

I nod in agreement and then Kim says, "Ok guys do y'all want to go get some food?"

All the guys nod in approval and walk out with Kim while I stay seated on the couch and Jungkook stays seated by the island.  We stay silent for a few moments and then I hear him get up and walk towards the couch,  He sits down next to me but keeps his distance.

"Jade," he says quietly and he sounds so sad.  Tears begin to form in my eyes but I keep them in. 

He looks at me again and we make eye contact, "Nothing happened between Irene and me.  I swear." 

Tears begin fall onto my cheeks now and I look back up at him, "But why did you do that in the first place?  Like why did you 'nibble' on her in the first place?"

"It was all a joke and-" I cut him off before he can finish.

"A joke?!  Are you serious?  That is not a joke.  Y'all were at a party.  At midnight.  With Red Velvet.  Y'all barely talk to that group.  Jimin didn't do anything like that," I say to him trying to make a point.

He nods like he agrees, "No, he didn't do anything, you're right.  But I nibbled on her cheek after-."  He stops and bits it lips.

"After?!" I say loudly.  My eyes widen and I look at him.

"After what?!  What else happened Jungkook?!"  Tear were now starting to fall down my face faster and faster.  Had something else happened between them?

He stays silent for a moment, trying to think of what to say.  He is looking at the ground.

"Jungkook!  Answer me!  What else happened?!"  My vision is now starting to become blurry and more and more tears are falling.  

"We kissed, but we were a little tipsy and it meant noth-" I cut him off again.

"How could you?!" I scream at him and run into the guest room.  I jump on the bed and cry and cry.  

I stay in the guest room for about 30 minutes, and he is still in the living room.  I hear Kim and the rest of the guys walk in and they talk to Jungkook. 

I hear Kim say, "What happened?" and then I hear Jungkook say something that is inaudible to me. 

Then, footsteps get closer to the door and I hear a knock.  

"Who is it?" I say.

"It's Kim, can I come in?"

"Yeah," I say and she walks in and closes the door.

"Are you ok?" she asks and I burst into tears again.  Then Jimin and the rest of the guys walk in, except for Jungkook and surround me in a big hug. 

"Jade, we're sorry," says RapMon.  I give him a small reassuring smile, trying to make it look like things are ok.

"Jungkook didn't know what he was doing," says V, "he was just being stupid."  I nod in reply and then I start to calm down a bit.

"Jade, we know you don't want to talk about this right now, but what are you gonna do about the rest of the tour?" asks RapMon.

I hadn't really thought about that, so I don't really know.  I think for a minute and I think I know what I want to do.

"I'll continue the tour with y'all," I say, "but at the end of it, I'm going to leave and do my own thing."

"That's ok, and understandable," says RapMon.  All the guys nod their heads in agreement.

They all give me another big hug and walk back out to the living room.  Then, Jungkook walks in. 

"Jade, what about us?" he asks.

I turn to face him, and very calmly I say, "I am finishing the tour with y'all, but us, we," I point between us, "are over."

I can see tears forming in his eyes and he nods and leaves the room quickly.  He closes the door behind him and I start to cry again. 

After a few minutes, Kim walks in and walks to the bed, "Jungkook told us you ended things," she says giving me a hug.  

I cry in her shoulder and she rubs my back, "It's ok," she says, "Jungkook is crying outside, he feels terrible."

"Well he should," I reply wiping my eyes and situating myself. 

I stand up and begin to walk to the door, "What are you doing?" asks Kim.

"I'm going to stop crying and tell myself everything is ok, then I am going to go finish the tour with the guys and then go on living my life," I say and walk out the door, Kim following me.

When I walk outside the door of her apartment, I see Jungkook sitting with his back against the wall crying. 

"I'm ready to head back to Seoul when you guys are to finish the tour," I say directed to the guys, not Jungkook, though.  They all nod and I head back in to pack my stuff up.

I am going to finish this tour with the guys and then go on living my life like a normal person, like I did before all this happened.
