When I told a coworker of mine that I was demisexual and how I was feeling like a freak of nature. She started to cry. Because she knew that I had been struggling for months. She had noticed by the way I had worked but when she would ask I would put on a fake smile and say that nothing was wrong. I was just tired, it's been a long shift. So when I finally told her she broke down and hugged me (this girl NEVER hugs anyone because she HATES them so this was HUGE) saying she loved me and how I was never a freak of nature in the first place. She was so happy for me. I will never forget that because was the first time I came out to someone and they actually meant what they said.
