Chapter 26

Robins P.O.V.

We were almost there, well we were almost where i thought we should be see the thing is i really have no idea where im going....but as ledgend says the true master is found on the otherside of the world, lives near mountains and will only train the most serious of students, im almost as serious as they come, we were is China, and theres some mountains over there...looks about right. I looked over to the beautiful sleeping girl next to me, Jess, she became so important in my life in such a short time, sometimes i cant help myself and i start to think....maybe shes the one? yes i know that sounds all mushy gushy and very unrobin of me but come on, we have so much in common, Batman likes her! the team likes her, I like her, and i've only known her for a month, we became a couple within the first week of us knowing each other...maybe i'm rushing things but it doesn't seem like rushing it just seems...right.

Ok Robin get your head in the game, your on a mission to train with the true master, become a better fighter for yourself and the team, you need to stay focused, get serious, not all lovey dovey the true master will never train me if i have some girl in my head! Ok now the problem at hand....waking up Jess, i know she looks cute and sweet like she couldn't hurt a fly but trust me, not a morning person, or in this case a waking up person.

Jess's P.O.V.

"Jess....Jess come on wake up were here" annoyed i turned my head to the side, "Come on Jess please wake up we need to get going" i kept my eyes closed, i heard Robin sigh "JESS WAKE UP!"

"AHHH" i screamed, "OK Im up! im up!" holding my hands infront of me

"sorry i didn't know how to wake you up"

"well anyways else would have been better" i mumbled as Robin got out to the car and opened my door for me, such a gentleman, "oh thanks" i said my anger quickly going away

"anytime my lady" Robin said smirking bowing down sacraticly, i tilted his head back up.

"Lets go BirdBoy its time for you to find the true master" i said smirking myself

We wandered around town for a while hopelessly trying to find someone who spoke english!

"um excuse me? excuse m-" Robin said for while and than gave up, "um..Hello?" Robin said noticing an old lady looking at him

"Go away!" said the lady even though she was oviously eyeing him

"um, sorry to bother you but i have come to train with the true master" Robin said proudly

"Ofcouse you have, boys like you always want to train with the true master, why else would you be out here in the middle of nowhere?" said the woman hobbing over to us shaking a carrot at Robin, i laughed softly in my head

"So you know where i can find him?" Robin asked hopefully

"He can not train you" said the woman throwing her carrot at Robins face, Robin caught it right before it hit is face, i let out a small giggle just to have Robin glare at me through his mask

"I've come along way, If you don't mind I'd like for the True Master to tell me that himself." Robin said growing a bit irratated with the old woman

"If you want to find the True Master you must get to the top of the mountain before nightfall" said the woman pointing her cane at the mountain behind her

"thanks" said Robin as he grabbed my hand and started walking eagarly to the mountain

"The route to the top is very challenging many have tried, many have failed" said the lady as she blocked Robin with her cane

"I can handle it" he said as pushed her cane back and tighting his grip on my small hand

"You are not dressed properly for such a journey, The True Master will only see you if you leave everything from your world behind" said the old lady looking at our hands intertwined, Robin looked down, "everything from your world" said the woman making the statment clear, i'm not taking this journey

"Everything?" Robin said sadly rubbing my thumb

"Everything" said the woman

"its fine Robin, clearly this isn't my journey, but it is yours" i said smiling

"but i brought you all the way out here, its pointless if its just for you to stand on the sidelines and watch, I need your help if i want to learn from the true master"Robin said sadly

"No you don't Robin, you didn't need me for missions before you met me, and you don't need me for this one, go i'll be waiting for you when you get back" i said hugging him as he pulled back and toke the bundle of clothes she was handing out for him to take

Robin walked off into a small hut to change clothes leaving me and the mysterious woman behind.

"you are the young warrior's Lady yes?" she asked

"i guess you could say that" i said smiling

"he cares for you deeply, you can just see it in his smile, you can hear it in his voice" she said wisely

"i guess you can..." i said unsure

Then Robin came out, he was dressed in a simple white karate uniform, make still on, not surpised

"the maske stay." Robin demanded using the tone of voice that will make nobody  question him

"Very well" the woman said taking his pack of weapons and utility belt

"My weapons!"

"the True Master will not teach you with them" said the lady sternly

"Can i go now?" Robin said through clenched teeth, can i say hot?

"Come i'll show you where the path begins" said the lady, Robin came up to me and grabbed my hand again and walked with me to the start

"well i guess this is goodbye and good luck" i said smiling

"its not goodbye, its...I'll see you soon" Robin said smiling as well, letting his real age show through, "Good luck kiss?" he said hopefully looking like a accual kid for once

"well...i guess i can bare it..." i said sarcasticly as i stood up on my tippy toes and pecked him on the lips quickly

"that doesn't count" Robin growled out leaning down and capturing my lips as he wrapped his arms around my waist as my arms went to his neck instantly, I tried to pull back, i mean the stange lady was still standing right there, but Robin refused to let me go and kept pressing his lips on mine, i give up, i gave in an kissed back with so much force i felt Robin move back a bit, I heard a cough, oviously ment to break us apart and it worked I jumped out of his arms and turned red, i noticed a small blush on Robins cheeks as well, did we really just almost make out infront of a stanger? i swear this boy makes me do wild things....
