Outside...

"Sofia, thank goodness you're safe," Minimus smiled. "We checked on your friends, and they've been put under a spell."

"And what happened to Hugo?" Electra asked.

"Vor locked him in the dungeon when I was saving Axel and my folks from the tower," Sofia replied.

"Isn't this the way to the dungeon?" Axel asked, pointing to a nearby entrance.

"That's right—we'll go in and get him out," Sofia smiled. "But we need a plan to figure out how to beat Vor."

"Doesn't your amulet have a power for that?" Axel asked.

That's when Sofia remembered something. "Princess Elena was trapped inside my amulet for 41 years," she recalled.

"Maybe you can trap Vor inside it," Axel suggested.

"Perfect," Sofia smiled. "First things first, let's go and save your brother."

In the dungeon, Hugo was locked in a cell, and there were guards in the dungeon much to Sofia and Axel's dismay.

"I should've known there'd be guards down here," Sofia gulped. "We need to drive them away without getting caught."

Suddenly, a black tapestry, a red curtain, a green mask, and a gold crown caught Axel's eye. "I may have an idea for that," he smiled.

Moments later, the guards saw what looked like Vor coming into the dungeon.

"Guards, I need you out in the stables," Vor ordered.

"Yes, Vor," the guards obeyed. They then left the dungeon.

But this wasn't the real Vor at all—she removed the mask and crown, revealing herself to be...

"Sofia?" Hugo gasped.

Sofia removed the black tapestry, revealing that she was sitting on Axel's shoulders.

"Are you okay, baby bro?" Axel asked, putting Sofia down.

"I'm fine," Hugo replied. "I'm just trapped in here."

"Not for long," Sofia smiled.

Axel took the keys and unlocked the cell, and Hugo stepped out and hugged him and Sofia.

"Okay, now that we've got you, let's execute that plan," Sofia said.

In the throne room, Vor was pleased with herself.

Twitch went over to a globe and suggested, "You know, I was thinking we should rename it the E-Vor Realm. It has a nice ring to it."

"We're not stopping with the Ever Realm," Vor declared.

"Excellent," Wormwood smirked. But then he asked, "I'm sorry—what else is there?"

When nobody was looking, Sofia, Hugo and Axel magically appeared behind a statue.

"Above the island of pirates and fairies, beyond the second star to the right lies a portal to another world," Vor explained. "When we finish with this realm, I will conquer that one, and my dark destiny will finally be fulfilled."

Hugo looked up and saw a green curtain. "Ax, let's take care of those sidekicks—come with me," he whispered.

"That is an exquisitely evil plan!" Wormwood beamed. But then he saw Hugo and Axel by the curtains.
