Unexpected

PART 29

Hey lovelies..
I know a lot of you are mad at me for my sudden disappearenss..
I literally don't get enough time to sit and type anything..
And to be very honest whenever I get a little free time I hang out with my friends or watch Netflix and all..
I can't come up with anything good when I'm not well rested and has a calm mind..
That's why I took a break from writing..
But two months ago I had an accident..
I got a broken leg and had a surgery to fix it..
The injury could be fatal, I guess, I was just lucky that nothing life threatening happened to me..
And then I realized there are so many incomplete things are in my life..
I can't complete everything, but I know at least I can complete my stories..
So, now I'm here and I'll finish all my stories as soon as possible..
I just hope I'll not gonna disappoint you all again..
I beg your pardon for disappearing like that..
Now enough of my rant..
I'll go now..

"Welcome home.." Dhruvika gave Dhruv a toothy grin as she made him enter inside the house holding his hand after Jenna opened the door for them.. Dhruv just chuckled at her cuteness and ruffled her hair..
"Ah..!! Look, your baby's here.." he informed her as he saw Zeppelin running towards them..
"Eee.. Zeppelin.." Dhruvika bend down on her knees and opened her arms and Zeppelin immediately rushed into her embrace.. She cuddled with him and he licked her face making her giggle..
"Hey, Jenna..!!" Hemal greeted her walking into the house..
"Ms. Shah, How are you..??" Jenna asked in concern..
"I'm fine, don't worry.. It's just a small cut.." she smiled..
"Okay, but how all this happened..??"
"Umm.. Long story.. By the way thanks for staying at night and taking care of Zeppelin.. I know you are scared of him and taking care of a pet isn't in your job description, still you stayed.. So, thanks.." Hemal muttered greatfully..
"No problem.. I'm happy to help.." she smiled..
"Oh..!! And he's Dhruv, my friend.. He'll be staying with us for sometime.." Hemal said looking at Dhruv who was busy playing with Dhruvika and Zeppelin sitting on his knees..
"Yeah, I know.. You already told me about him on phone.. And I've arranged the guest room for him as well.."
"What, really..?? Thank you.. Your such a sweetheart.."
"You're welcome, Ms. Shah.."
"Umm.. Dhruv.." Hemal called and he turned his head to her..
"This is Jenna, Angel's babysitter.." she introduced.. Dhruv got up and came to them..
"Hey...!! Dhruv Narang, here.." he held his hand out from the handshake to which Jenna happily grabbed his hand..
"Nice meeting you, Mr. Narang.." they shook hand..
"Umm, by the way she arranged the guestroom for you.. You should get freshen up and take rest for sometime.. And, yeah, take your luggage with you, Vrushikha dropped them at the door, she was already running late for a meeting.." she muttered pointing at the front door where Dhruv's luggage was lying..
"Guestroom..?!" Dhruv emphasized the word raising his one eyebrow..
"Yup, guestroom.." Hemal said drinking a glass of water which she just picked from the nearby centre table..
"Jenna, you should also go now.. You already did overtime.." she smiled at her..
"I can stay, Ms. Shah.. I mean, you just returned from the hospital, you should rest.. I'll look after Angel.." she chipped meekly..
"Nah..!! That's not needed.. I'm fine.. And, Dhruv's here if I need any help.. You should really go.."
"Okay.. But you take care of yourself.."
"Yeah, sure, thanks.."
"Bye, baby.." Jenna went to Dhruvika and pulled her cheeks lightly..
"Bye, Jenna.." she smiled a big one and Jenna left..
"She seems good.. Then why Angel doesn't like her??" Dhruv voiced his confusion after she was gone..
"It's not that she doesn't like her.. She just hate healthy baby food and Jenna feeds her only healthy things which are not very rich in taste, so, that's why she says she doesn't like her and yes, her fear of Zeppelin also plays a tiny part in it.. But apart from that, she loves her.." Hemal explains..
"Yeah, my baby's a sweetheart.." he said absentmindedly gazing at her..
"Yes, she is.." Hemal smiled and the both admired her standing there for a minute..

"Umm, Angel, baby, come with mommy.. I'll make you freshen up and change your cloths.. Then play with Zeppelin and your toys as much as you want..
And Dhruv, you should also go now.."
"About that, you are showing me the guestroom.." Hemal could clearly see how pissed he was mentioning about the guestroom..
"Sure.. Baby, go to your room, mommy will be there soon.." she chipped to her baby who was standing in front of them with Zeppelin by her side and was looking at them..
"Okay, mommy.. Come, Zeppelin, let's go to the room.." Dhruvika headed towards her room with Zeppelin and Hemal took Dhruv to guest room..
"What's this guestroom drama, huhh..??" Hemal was pinned on the nearby wall as soon as they entered into the guestroom..
"No drama, Dhruv.. Jenna doesn't know about us.. So, when I told her that my friend was gonna stay with us, she arranged the guestroom.. Simple" she chuckled..
"But I wanna stay with you.. I always stay with.. I'm not staying here.." he pouted..
"Okay.. Don't stay here.. Stay with me in my room, happy.." she kissed his pout..
"But if Angel asks why you are staying with her mommy, you have to answer her.." she added making Dhruv's eye pop and he immediately left her..
"What..?! No?!.. She's just a baby.. She's way too small to understand our relationship.. No, no, no.. I won't stay with you.. We can't resist each other.. What if she catches us romancing.. Nope, I'm staying here only.." Hemal started laughing hearing Dhruv's blabber..
"Oh God!! Dhruv, you're so cute.." she laughed more and pulled his cheeks..
"Yeah, I can be cute but right now I'm concerned for Angel.." he huffed..
"Aww.. Don't worry.. We won't romance when she's around.." she kissed his cheeks..
"Now get freshen up and have some rest.." she added caressing his face lovingly..
"Yeah.. And you should go now, Angel must be waiting for you.." he kissed her forehead..
"Hmm.." she turned to leave..
"By the way, Dhruv, you can sleep in my room after Angel's asleep.." she winked before disappearing from the room..

"Wh-what is this..?? Is it really your room..??" Dhruv asked with confusion..
It was post lunch time and Dhruvika was giving Dhruv a house tour.. Actually she wanted to do it before but Hemal strictly asked them to have their lunch first, so she was giving him the tour after finishing her lunch.. Of course the very first destination of her tour was her bedroom and when she took him to her room, he was totally surprised seeing the décor..
No one could tell that it was a four year old girl's room by seeing it.. The room was filled with Marvel superheroes.. There were a lot of soft toys, half of them were bigger than her but the superhero toys were dominating the room.. Even the walls had wall sticker of the superheroes..
"Yeah.. It is my room.." Dhruvika seemed annoyed..
"Oh..!! Okay..!! But don't you think it's a little.."
"What boyish..?! Yeah..!! I know.." she completed his sentence..
"You all are mean.. Everyone says the same thing when they see my room.. I love superhero.. The are fighters, protectors and saviours.. They are good people.. And I love them.. Why everyone thinks only boys can love superhorse..??" she stomped her foot in anger..
"Angel.. Hey, I didn't mean to upset you.." he sat in front of her on his knees.. "It's just not every girl likes superheroes.." he chipped looking at Hemal who was watching them silently leaning on the door of her room.. "Only unique and special girls knows the value and emotions of superheroes.. I'm so happy at least you value them.." he praised her and indirectly taunted Hemal to which she just rolled her eyes..
"That's mean you don't think I'm weird because I love superheroes.." Dhruvika asked with twinkling eyes.. Her anger was long gone..
"Of course not.. In fact I'm very happy that you love them.. Now we can play with your superhero toys.." he chipped excitedly..
"Eee..!! You are the best.." she squealed and hugged him tightly..
"You know mommy doesn't like superheroes much.. But now that you are here I can play with you.." she whispered in his ears without breaking the hug..
"I know.." Dhruv chuckled and pulled away..
"What are you two whispering..??" Hemal asked suspiciously..
"I won't tell you.. It's our secret.." she smiled mischievously..
"Okay, fine, don't tell.. Anyways I'm going to my room, need to check some emails.. You two have fun.. Bye.." Hemal left from there and the other two almost immediately got busy playing with Dhruvika's superhero toys and play items..
