I know you might not want to but from my experience as a leader, it makes me feel terrible when my friends don't tell me that they aren't feeling well and just overwork themselves when they can't handle the training. I know that they want to do their best for themselves, the group, and our fans, but what would happen if they overwork themselves and either get sick or hurt themselves so that they can't perform. Looking out for yourself is not only good for you but for everyone that you want to be there for.
