When I woke up I expected to be somewhere else then a comfy bed, in a warm room, with a mute girl. I grabbed my already packed bags and walked out, towards the Breakfast room."Hi there, Ms. Alice, how was your rest?" The "chef" asked bringing me a plate."Oh you know, full of nightmares and horror." I said in a eerie yet calm voice. She just chuckled and went back into the kitchen as more kids came in, staring at me and then down towards my bags. They eyed me suspiciously, as if it's the craziest thing to see someone packed to leave.

"Alice McGregger, it appears you've packed up and look ready to leave. Who would waste their time on someone as bland as you?" Wannabe, Amelia said, with a smug smile. "I don't know, nor do I care much for that matter."I said eating not paying attention to the stares I was, ever so greatly, receiving from everyone in the room. "Is there something you want, or are you just ging to stare at me?" I asked no one in particular, looking at each and every person.

I continued eating looking over my well thought out plan, balled it up and stuffed in my bag. I'll save it for another time, maybe. "Hey um Alice, you might not know me, I'm-" I cut him off. "You're Jackson, 13 years of age. You're the nerd, or outcast, of this "Fun House". I know plenty about you." with those words he looked down blushing, probably of embarrassment. "Uh yeah I guess you could say that, I was just wondering if you were leaving and if that was why you had your bags packed?" he asked, as if wasn't obvious already.

I simply rolled my eyes, looking at him and said sarcastically, "Of course not, I just thought would be fun to drag my things around with me all day."

He soon left realizing I wasn't in a talking mood, and after that, I realized just how many people were still watching me and whispering. Rumors never lead to anything good, but I'll let them think what they want, it doesn't bother me.  Another group of people walked up to me, smiling. "What do you want?" I asked rudely hoping that would send them away. Sadly that planned prevailed as well. "Hey Alice, so I heard you were leaving, is that true?" One of the girls asked. Before I could answer a boy came over and answered for me "Of course what else would she use the suit cases for. So where are you going?" "Yeah where, and what are your new parents like?" "Are they nice, mean, childish?" "Do they already have kids?"

Everyone started coming over here bombarding me with simple, meaningless questions. I could have easily told them I didn't know. I could feel myself slowly feeling that same way the day of the outburst, so once again I ran. Although this time I didn't get very far before Ms. Winney came in, making everyone sit. "Alice where are you going, we have to get you on the plane now!" she said. "Plane?! What plane?!?!" I asked, practically yelling." Yes plane, oh I forgot to tell you that the people adopting you live in Europe." oohs and ahhs were heard all around.

At the airport I look around and think, sooner or later this will all disappear along with my pass. I could finally choose a different fate, have a new life ahead of me. After what seemed like days I get on board and sit, waiting to take flight. " Um hey, the names Theo. I figured if we were gonna be sitting here together for a few days we might as well get to know each other" So strange guy said sitting next to me. He wait a minute or two before talking again "I guess you aren't much for conversation huh? That's cool I guess." I continued ignoring him, until I started feeling guilty. "I'm sorry for not saying anything, I'm just is all." Lie. "My name is Melanie." Lie. "I'm visiting family, what about you?" Partial lie. "I'm actually moving to England, I know I look really young to be living alone. I'm 16 and living with and uncle there." I didn't want his back story just a simple answer. "Wow, that's cool. You know I think that's where I was going too, London." I said with fake excietment. "Me too I hope to see you around!" Damn him, of all the places, really.

Dearest Journal of mine, I guess my plan really isn't gonna work out. It's fine I woun't be in north America anymore so the FBI, or whoever can't find me anywhere now. I'll be living in London, England. Hopefully, if my luck gets any better I won't see Theo. There will be more later. Guess there just isn't a lot to right while on a plane.
