chapter 7

"If you can't face the wolfs, don't go to the forest"

Ariana's pov*

I walked back to the room I was in before and slammed the door shut. Who does he think he is!?

You know what, I'm not going to put myself in any kind of stress I'm-I'm just going to chill. I walked toward the couches and plopped down, trying to make myself as comfortable as possible.

When my mind retraces back to my family, holy shit my family! How could I forget about them, probably because of that fucker in the other room? You know what don't think about him anymore, just focus on getting to my family

I hurried and got off the sofa and speed walk out the room and tip-toed toward Xavier's office, hoping he wasn't in there. I walked down the hall and stopped at the end of the wall and listened to see if he was here.

Thankfully I didn't hear anything and I sighed in relief and walked inside his office. I ran to his desk and started to search and search on top of the surface and I couldn't find it. I groaned in annoyance and tried to look inside the drawer and still couldn't find it, then it hit me, I never took my phone with me to the mate meeting party. I cursed at myself for being so dumb at not taking it with me, then I thought, wait there are people in here one of them might have a phone.

I sprint to the door and want to be headed down the long spiral stairs. Looked all over to see no one in sight. Really, now when I need to see somebody no ones around but I bet as soon as I'm not in the mood I'm going to see a whole bunch of people.

I groaned and slid my hands through my hair. Then I jump as I heard someone say from behind me

"Looking for something?"

It sounded a muffled like the person was chewing something. I jump as I turned around to see a boy with curly light brown hair, with green eyes with a sharp jawline. It also defines him well.

"What?" I asked

He held up his pointer finger motioning me to wait for a second as he swallowed whatever he had in his mouth.

"I said, looking for something?"

I just stared at him like he was crazy.

"Who are you?" The words came out my mouth

"The real question is who are you?" He said with his eyebrow raised

"You can't ask a question with another question"

"But I just did"

"Questioning why you didn't try to kill me yet, you must know who I am" I stated

"Why does it have to be try, and so what if I do?" He looked curiously

"Because I'm sure no wolf would let a mysterious wolf stand more than two seconds inside his or her alphas house looking suspicious" I dully said

"Fair enough," he said nodding his head while making his way toward and flopping down on it

"By the way my name is Nathan but you can call me Nate," he said putting his head back while closing both of his eyes, making his Adam's apple noticeable

"Mmhmm" I hummed

He opened one eye and said and said

"How about you tell me your name instead of just standing there looking like a stalker"

"Ariana, but people call me Ari, we'll the people I knew" I muttered the last part

"What"

"None of your business"

Then he started laughing like I made the funniest joke on the planet

"You're funny. I think we're gonna get along well"

"Don't get ahead of your self Nathan"

"Had to say my name like that?"

"Yup, sure did"

"Ouch" he put his hand over his heart acting like he was hurt

Then as I was ready to ask him did he have a phone the door opened and in walked three other sexy boys. The boy who walked in first had black hair with it put to the other side of his face, white light green eyes. The second one had dark brown hair with blonde highlights with light brown eyes and full lips. Last but not least the last boy had dark brown hair that looked black until it hit the sun. He has light green eyes also with full lips too.

And let's not forget they all had sharp fucking jawlines.

I stared at them in awe. And as they all walked in and headed to the living room, they stopped and looked at me.

"Is that her?" The one with dark brown hair with the highlights asked

"I think so, I'm not sure" the boy with black hair shrugged

"Nate? Is she?"

Before Nathan could answer I said

"Stop talking about me like I'm not right here."

"Oh, she's sassy. I like" highlights boy said

I groaned and rolled my eyes

"I know. And to answer your question she is" Nate said

"OH! Well I'm Manny, this is Ace and he is Geovani, and it's nice to meet you..." he held out his hand for me to shake as I finished the sentence

"Ariana, but Ari for short" I shook it
