This is the best thing I've done all day.
Talk to you, I mean.
Stiles looked up from his book to where Lydia sat at a table diagonal to him in the school library. She was studying, the four person table completely covered with her work. He sighed, smiled, memorized her focused expression a minute longer before turning back to his novel. He would leave her be for now.
My darling, my dearest.
"Stiles," Lydia shook him a little to wake him, drool disgustingly creating a line in the crease of his book. "Have you been waiting for me all this time?" She smoothed back his 'sleeping hair', twirling the bits in the front around her finger.
"Yesmylove." The words came out slurred together as he yawned. Stiles stood, stretched slightly before putting his book in the front pouch on his hoodie.
"'My love'?" Lydia chuckled. Stiles nodded and took her book bag off of her shoulder before putting it on his own. "Scott and Kira invited us to the movies later, you want to go?"
"Mhm." He hummed and smiled, walking beside her was like living in a daydream.
