Most of class 1-A decided to fight together, except for a few. Todoroki went alone since his quirked worked best that way. Bakugo had the same reason and was followed by Kaminari and Kirishima. The remaining group of students went to the rocky area to look for a way to win. Just a few seconds after the exam began, they were already bombarded from all sides by other participants. Izuku threw down a device on the ground and told everyone else to stay close as a transparent forcefield with a blue hue appeared around them. When all the balls hit the forcefield they bounced back in random directions.

"What is that Izuku?" Ochako asked. "My newest invention. A shield that repels all projectiles back to the source. It still needs some work on the last part" Izuku replied. They didn't have time to any more conversation since one off the participants they had met earlier, Shindo, sent out a shock wave, that tore up the earth, towards them. It dispersed all of class 1-A across the entire rocky area. Leaving everyone to fight on their own or in very small groups.

Izuku had ended up by himself and surrounded by steep, jagged rocks. "Guess I have to do it by myself. Hope the others are alright" He muttered to himself and got above the rocks surrounding him. On one side he saw a group of around 14 students he didn't recognise and on the other side he saw no one. He decided to play it safe and headed away from the other participants.

After a short while, one of the Shiketsu students it one of Izuku's targets out of the blue. Izuku quickly jumped away to avoid have another of his targets activated and when he looked back at her, she had disappeared. "Huh? Where did she go?" Izuku muttered. Not long after he heard someone approaching him from behind and dodged just in time, this time maintaining eye contact. "Awwww. You figured out my little trick" She pouted. "Although, it's not a quirk. I just remain hidden and make you ignore me. Not thinking is the hardest part" She explained.

Before Izuku could respond they were interrupted by another group of participants. They diverted Izuku's attention away from the Shiketsu student and when he looked back, she was gone. Before he could think about where she went he heard a familiar voice. "Izuku! Over here!" Ochako called out. Izuku quickly went over to her and carried her to somewhere safe.

"Are you alright?" Izuku asked. "Yes, I'm just a bit nauseous" Ochako replied. "Good" Izuku said. He then looked around the corner to see if anyone was following them. "They already know our quirks from the sports festival, which puts us at a disadvantage. If we could..." Izuku said and began a muttering storm.

Meanwhile Ochako grabbed a ball and slowly brought it towards one of Izuku's targets while he looked away. Just before the ball hit its target a blinding light made her fall backwards and within a few seconds she was pinned down by Izuku. "You aren't really Ochako, are you? She has been working on the side effects of her quirk. She couldn't have gotten nauseous already" He stated. "So, you saw through my disguise. That's too bad" She pouted as a goo like substance started falling off her body, making Izuku loose his grip. When the goo disappeared from her face, it revealed the girl from Shiketsu that had attacked Izuku earlier. She tried to attack him by scratching him, but he dodged. He could only think about dodging since he noticed that she was naked, only cover by what remained of the goo.

Luckily for Izuku, Sero and Ochako came to the rescue. Sero blocked of the Shiketsu girl with strands of tape. "Over here Izuku!" Ochako shouted. Izuku didn't hesitate and flew over to his friends and they ran away.

"Do you have any idea on how we're going to pass Midoriya?" Sero asked as they were hiding from other participants. "The goal of the test is to hit other people's targets, but that would just find out who has the best aim and it's not a reliable strategy. Meaning there is another way they want us to do it. The easier way to do it would be to restrain your opponents and then hit their targets when they are immobile. That would also make sense in reality, where you're supposed to restrain and immobilise villains" Izuku muttered. "But do you have a plan?" Ochako asked. "I think I have" He replied. "Ochako, we need to find boulders we can use, and Sero you have to attach your tape to them" He explained and they got to work.

Not long after they found several boulders and attached them to Sero's tape. Ochako then made all of the boulders weightless before Sero threw them across the battlefield. Ochako then cancelled out her quirk so that the boulders fell down and trapped all the unsuspecting participants in Sero's tape. They then walked over to the trapped participants and activated their targets one by one. Several of them pleaded and complained that they needed to get the provisional license. The three members of class A ignored them and kept activating their opponents targets and after a short while they had passed.

Izuku was walking towards the waiting room for those who had passed when he heard a familiar voice behind him. "Oi! Izuchan, you better have passed! I hate being wrong" Bakugo shouted. "Yes, I passed. I assume you did as well Kacchan" Izuku replied. "What do you take me for? Some damn extra!?" Bakugo yelled back. "Of course not. Let's go and see if the others have passed" Izuku said and walked into the waiting room.

Not long after entering the waiting room, Izuku was pulled aside by Ochako. "Why was that other girl naked and why?" She asked with some anger in her voice. "It seems to be a part of her quirk. I wouldn't betray you, I swear" Izuku replied and gulped. "She had some kind of transformation quirk. She tried to disguise herself as you. When I found out grey goo just started falling off her body and she was naked" He explained. "Good" Ochako said and turned around. "Come! Let's see who else has passed" She said in her normal and cheerful voice.

As time passed the rest of class 1-A started coming into the waiting room as they passed. In the end, all of them had passed. However, before they had time to celebrate the sleep deprived man who had explained how the first test worked, made an announcement. "If those of you have passed could look at the screens for a moment" he announced as all the screens in the room turned on. They showed various areas from the arena they had just been in. All of a sudden, detonations went off across all areas so that it almost looked like the remains of a major villain attack.

"Your second test is based on your rescue capabilities. There have just been a major villain attack and you will act as first responders. We have also enlisted the help of many professional rescuees from the Help us Company or H.U.C for short. They will act as real victims of the attack with injuries and you will treat this as the real deal. The exam will begin in 10 minutes" The man announced before all hundred participant who passed started talking amongst themselves.

"Midoriya, could I ask you something?" Shinso asked. "Of course, what is it?" Izuku replied. "I was wondering if you could tell me a bit about rescuing. We haven't had it in class yet, so I'm kind of in the blind here" Shinso explained. "No problem. The first thing you should know is..." Izuku said as he began talking about everything he has been thought in class. Before they knew it, ten minutes had passed and the second test began. Similarly to the first test, the entire room opened and all the participants began running in different directions.

A/N:Sorry if this chapter is shorter than usual, but there is a reason. You see, it is my birthday today, 15th of Feburary! So instead of only getting stuff, I thought I could give you a new chapter.
