Team Flash- Powers

Imagine: Being a meta human that's apart of team flash and showing them a new ability you discovered.

You stepped out of the elevator, quickly making your way to the main lab, or as you referred to it, Flash Headquarters. Walking in you saw three of your best friends, who also happened to be your coworkers.
You learned you were a metahuman from Barry, and since then you've been working on gaining control of your powers, wanting to help others. You worked at a solar panel power plant around the time of the Particle Accelerator explosion, although it wasn't until a few months ago that your powers began to manifest. You were able to project light beams from your palms, some were even powerful enough to move or burn through objects depending on how hard you concentrated.
"Great, your all here! I have something to show you guys." You spoke excitedly, practically bouncing on your feet.
"Y/N, what's going on?" Barry asked in confusion.
"You'll see. But first all of you, stand over there." You replied pointing to a spot in the lab that was clear. Once they moved you stood towards the center of the room.
"Okay, watch" You said as you put your palms near each other, leaving a gap between the two. You concentrated on using your powers and soon a warm tingling sensation filled your hands. A dim yellow light began to grow but soon stopped.
"Y/N? What exactly are you trying to do?" Caitlin asked with raised eyebrows.
"Just, wait." You said as you began to focus, the tingling sensation coming back along with the light that grew brighter by the second. You concentrated harder and soon you had a ball of light floating between your hands, a small smile making its way onto your lips.
"Did you just-?" Cisco was speeches, which was really shocking because he always had something to say.
"Concentrate my powers into a ball of energy? Yes I did!" You spoke happily.
"That's amazing Y/N" Barry said with a smile.
"I know!" You said excitedly. You lost concentration and the ball of light went flying into a nearby wall as the team quickly backed up in shock. There was a smokey blacked hole in the wall where it hit.
"My bad." You said awkwardly.
"It's fine, but next time we could try that in a safer environment? Because I'd love to see more." Caitlin suggested with a smile.
"Yeah, that's a good idea" You said with a nod.
"But still, that was amazing!" Cisco said with a cheesy grin which cause everyone to laugh.
