"Ate! Nagwawala po si Sir Seine!"
"What? Why?!" Nanlalaki ang mata ko sa pagkabigla.
My mind's starting to panic. My thinking's haywired again. I felt like I can't make up what Shiela's saying although I perfectly understand it.
Maging sina Charlie ay nagulat sa reaksyon ko. They are curiously staring at me.
Hindi na ako mapakali sa kinatatayuan ko.
"Kasi.. umalis ka raw."
Napapikit ako sa frustration. He's concluding again!
I don't want to blame anyone with it though.
"I am not! Pakisabi na lang sa kanya."
Napahawak ako sa ulo ko. I'm having a headache now.
How fast can I get there? They should calm him down first.
"Kasi ate, hindi kami makalapit! Sinisira niya ang mga gamit dito sa mansion. Kahit si Manong Samuel hindi makapigil sa kanya pati ang mga guards. Gusto sana naming tumawag ng pulis pero.." She trailed off. "Natatakot na po si Santhe at umiiyak dito." I can hear the fear in Shiela's voice.
Halos nai-imagine ko na ang nangyayari sa mansion. I'm worried of Santhe. And yeah, hindi sila dapat tumawag ng pulis, lalo lang magkakagulo. It will be an issue for sure.
Senechov, what are you doing?
"Pupunta ako riyan. Ipasok mo sa kwarto si Santhe. Don't let him see it more."
Hindi na ako nagdalawang-isip pa at agad na naghanda ng mabilis sa pag-alis.
"You're going? What happened?" Charlie asked.
"He's throwing a fit. I have to go." Nagmamadali kong saad.
I have no time to explain!
"But how are you going there fastly?"
Oo nga pala! Napatampal ako sa noo. My mind's pretty messed up already. I don't know what to think first!
I'm glad she's not asking for more information anymore. I don't think I'll be able to answer her queries with all of this going on.
"Well, Chad can bring you there."
Napatitig ako kay Charlie ng ilang segundo. I'm trying to weigh everything in. The pro's and cons of it.
But to hell with it! I dont think I have much choice either! I have to be there instantly!
"Okay." I concede.
Agad akong ipinag-drive ni Chad patungo sa mansion. I'm glad just like Charlie, he's not asking about it. That's why I like him as a friend. He became my closest friend first before we started our relationship. He's so understanding and knows when to ask.
Nakatanaw lang ako sa labas at tulala. But deep inside, I am so concerned for Santhe. The kid saw his father throwing things! This is bad! Ano na ang iisipin ng bata? I know that he's a smart kid but it would taint his image of his father. Kahit na ba hindi naman ganoon kaganda ang father image ni Senechov..
I really don't know what to do with Senechov. He doesn't want to talk to me but when I'm gone, he started to freak out. What should I do then?
Panay lang ang bigay ko ng direksyon kay Chad since hindi niya alam ang daan. He was silent the whole ride, only the sound of the radio can be heard between us.
