The smell of illness had irritated your nose, causing you to sigh as you had wished things would go back to the way they used to be.
It didn't help that Izuku had sat in the hospital room beside you. You could care less about the green-haired male, though, for Kirishima currently layed unconscious in another room. It's been two days since you had arrived here, and the doctors insisted you stay because of the concussion you had received and the overuse of your quirk, which had left you dehydrated and immobile within the fingers and toes, which currently felt colder than a kitchen tile itself.
Normally you'd be able to use your quirk for longer periods of time, nontheless produce much more ice, but being both practically high and brain-stricken, you pushed yourself harder than you should've.
Officers claimed that most of the house had recieved a thin layer of ice, though, mainly being the floors and ground objects.

The authorities had no idea what actually happened unfortunately, for Kirishima had been passed out, Izuku claims to know nothing, and you hadn't recalled much other than being held down and force fed pills. You've already mentioned this to the investigators whom came in and questioned you, but they shrugged it off for the meantime.

"Knock knock~"

You turned to look at the door, viewing a bubble gum girl whom smiled brightly through the cracked door.

"Mina!" You chimed.

She opened the door, allowing herself and what looked to be several others in.

"The gang and I were gonna come alone to visit you and Kirishima, but everyone from 1-A had missed you!" Mina nervously rubbed the back of her neck, approaching your bedside.

What you thought to be several turned out to be a dozen, for the door stayed open as more had joined the rest within the room.

"My dear (Y/N)! Did anyone hurt you?!" Aoyami burst past the rest, grasping your bedside protectively.

His collar was yanked back by Denki, whom pouted as he claimed that his line were taken from him by the princely friend of yours.
You laughed lightly at this, glad that your friends had at least payed a visit.

"I think out of everyone here Bakugou was worried the most, kerro," Tsuyu spoke, pressing a finger against her cheek as her tongue slipped past her lips.

Bakugou heard this, his hands remaining in his pockets as he snapped his crown in the direction of the frog gal.

"As if!" He growled.

Mina sighed, scratching the back of her head.

"You mean to tell me the recent pouts and sighs, nontheless the shock on your face and flares in your fists when we were told about her injuries have been all in my head??" She smiled cheekily.

Bakugou tensed up with an 'urk', sudden plots to get the acidic alien back for this clouding his thoughts.

"C'mon, Bakugou. You gotta admit you missed her at least a bit," Ojiro sighed impatiently.

Bakugou threw his head to the side with a cocky retort, ignoring the tailed male. Meanwhile, a short boy made his way to the front of the small crowd, practically throwing himself atop your figure.

"(Y/N)! I missed you so much!" He cried, a wisp coming from his braces as his plush purple balls grazed your forearm.
Ew, get it off me!

You almost laughed at your thought before Bakugou had slapped the male across the room as if a simple fly, whom only returned short after.

"I'm just glad (Y/N)'s doing better," Iida smiled in your direction, flattening his hand as he performed some sort of karate-chop.

"Yeah! How long are they keeping you cooped up in here, though?" Uraraka asked, creating fists with her hands.

You shook your head, slightly unsure. Although you knew you'd for sure stay here another night, it weren't clarified when they'd release you. Although, you could've simply forgotten. You sighed.

"Something the matter?" Jirou breathed.

You shook your head, although that could've passed as a lie. Although you were glad your friends currently stood by your side, the recent events had left you shaking, nontheless repeatedly tapping on any nearby objects you could get your hands on. You hoped to remember something, anything, but most of it was a blur.

"Man, I knew I should've taken you with me to the food court!"

You turned to see Denki, whom balled his shaking fists up in front of his figure, one rubbing at one of his eyes.
You couldn't help but notice the small tears that had sank down his pale cheeks, immediately being brushed off as the male hiccuped.

"None of this would've happened. And you most definitely wouldn't be in pain, it's all my fault!"

Your eyes widened as you found your hands in your lap lift to touch the males cheek, for he stood close enough and hunched over due to the sob he had given.

You used a thumb to caress a tear away, watching as his figure shook lightly.

"Sweetie,"

The odd name you called him caused the male to perk up, aware of the rare nickname he'd often call you, hoping for one in return. He was glad you used this nickname, although the small blush that appeared on his cheeks was rather embarassing.

"It's not your fault," You spoke.

Upon seeing the males lips pucker in a cry, you couldn't help but grow saddened by his current state, feeling tears of your own well up in your vision as your voice had cracked.

The rest of the class suddenly took their leave, aware of the situation.
Denki leaned in carefully, wrapping his arms around your figure.

"I wish I could've been there to protect you,"
