G mama abhi ayi neechay bus 5 minutes. I quickly grabbed my white coat my purse and ran down.

G mama jldi say nashta dain bohat dair ho gayi hai hospital say.

Haan beta yeh lo or jldi say khao. Taking the breakfast from mama's hand I pulled the chair and sat down eating it.

Mama aap Umair ko bol dain woh mujhai jldi say drop krday hospital bohat dair ho gayi hai or late nai hona chahti mein.

Theik hai beta abhi bolti hoon mein Umair ko.

Quickly getting up I went towards the door.

Umair jldi kro late ho rhi hoon mein.

A gya hoon mein yaar. Yeh keys toh laynay doh mujhai. Wesay aap kbhi time pr naa uthna Dr Rubab. Hamesha dair krti ho or baad mein dosray pr chilati ho. Huh!.

Tum rukho toh zra abbi btati hoon tumhay mein.

Acha acha maaf kro ainda nai ho ga.

Acha Mama Allah Hafiz!!. Or zyada kaam na kriye ga ghar keh. Rabail ko bolain aap ki saath help krday theik hai.

I quickly hugged her and went towards the car.

Toh chalain Dr Rubab.

Haan bhai chalo or speed say gaari chalana ta keh pohanch jaoon mein time pr.

Acha Dr jesa aap ka hukm

We quickly reached the hospital in 10 minutes.

Acha Umair bohat shukriya tumhara or haan ghar time pr pohanch jaana yeh naa ho late aao ghar smjhay.

G g smjh gya mein. Wapsi mein toh nai pick nai krna naa aapko.

Nai nai mein khudi a jaoon gi Umair.

I quickly went inside the hospital and made my way towards my room.

Hey Dr Rubab aaj aap bohat late kheriyat?

Oh hey Dr Haris. Haan woh meri aankh lug gayi thi or late uthi aaj iss liye dair ho gayi aaj.

Acha yeh kuch files hain patients ki aap dekh lain or agr koi problem so I'm here as always.

Taking the files from Dr Haris I walked towards my room and started my duty as usual.

After checking up the last patient and wrote down some medicines for him I looked at the time it 10:30 PM.

Time itni jldi guzr gya pta he nai chala.

I headed out from my room to get some coffee. On the way back I saw the hospital was almost empty. Soo I guess it's me then all alone here.

Once I sat down I opened the files of the patients and went thru it while drinking coffee.

Hmm...these patients will be needing a proper treatment surgery and special care from their families. I hope they'll recover fast. I thought and sipped my coffee.

Once done with these files of the patients I got up and kept it in the above shelf safely. I looked up at the time it was 12:00 AM. I grabbed my purse and walked out from my room.

Dr Rubab aap abhi tuk yahan hain?.

Haan?. G Dr Haris mein bus patients ki file dekh rhi thi.

I hope aap ko koi problem toh nai hui ho gi.

Nai Dr Haris koi problem nai hui. Bus un patients ko proper care ki zaroorat hai or rest hum doctors smbahal lain gay.

Kaafi dair ho gayi hai Dr Rubab aab chalna chaiye.

G bilkul.

Mein aapko drop kr deta hoon.

Umm..nai its okay mein taxi mein chalice jaoon gi.

Nai Dr Rubab kaafi raat ho gayi hai it's better I'll drop u.

Theik hai.

Bus yahan dop kr dain aap. I'll walk and go.

U sure I'll drop u here.

G I'm sure. So let's meet tomorrow Dr Haris. See u.

Good Night Dr Rubab.

I walked towards my house. Seeing Umair's car parked. He must have come home on time.

I quickly opened my purse and took out the key to open the door. Unlocking it I went in.

I kept my coat and my purse on the sofa and went inside the kitchen to get some food.

Once warming up the food I made my way upstairs.

I settled down on my bed and started eating.

Being a doctor it's a very tough duty. Keeping yourself involved in all the work and with less rest is alot for a doctor. But still taking care of the patients and providing them with proper medicines and prescription. This is our job.

Once done eating I threw the disposables in the bin and washed my hands. After changing up into my comfortable clothes. I went towards my bed and sat down. I opened my mobile and set the alarm for tomorrow morning.

Once done with this I layed back on my bed and recited Ayatul-Kursi.

I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
