It's about 2am and I feel someone get in my bed "Brayden you are too old to come in my bed" I said turning over
"Good thing it's not Brayden" the man said laughing
"RICK" I yelled attacking him with a hug
"Woah tiger" he laughed again taking my hugs
He kissed me deeply then I pulled away "uh uh mister my family is asleep and I don't wanna wake them up" I said to him
"Yeah because you're loud" he laughed I punched him playfully
"Come on babe let's sleep" I said going back to sleep as rick cuddled me tightly
Around 9am I wake up to an empty bed then I hear the shower running so I get up and put my robe on to go wake my son up in his room.. once I get there I see him quietly sleeping I start shaking him "bray I have a surprise for you wake up" I said trying to wake home up
He groans and open his eyes up "what's the surprise" he asks yawning
"Get up and maybe you'll see it downstairs" i said as his eyes widen, he rapidly gets up and runs out his door I give a little laugh then walk back to my room to see rick getting his shirt on I wrap my arms around his waist
"Good morning" he said kissing my lips
"Mmm minty good morning" I said I was about to kiss him again when we got interrupted
"Mom you lied my surp- RICK" Brayden said running towards him
"Hey little man" he said picking him up and giving him the biggest hug
"I'm so glad you're here now we can leave" Brayden then said
"What do you mean leave? We all just got here" a very confused rick said
"I met my dad yesterday" he then said
Rick looked at me and mouthed "what?" I gave a little shrug then gave Brayden the 'me and rick need to talk' look, he walked out the door and shut it
"He met finn?" Rick asked me as we sat on my bed
"It wasn't planned at all, we went to the school for a glee club reunion and I wanted to show him the auditorium but when we got there I saw finn on the stage looking at music sheets and we talked then Brayden acted out and I haven't called him a hudson in years, I made a comment about you because you discipline him much better and then he just walked out" I spilled out to him
"He walked out?" He asked pulling me into his lap
"Yup and now I'm scared to face him later" I said leaning my head on his shoulder
"Hey I'm going be there the whole way through" rick said rubbing my back and kissing my head
"Let's get ready for the day" I said getting up
