A life change

Rachels pov

Today is the day our lives change for the good and better, currently me and Brayden are saying goodbye to Kurt and Santana

"Don't forget us little man" Kurt said while hugging Brayden

"Who are you again?" Brayden joked

I gave a little chuckle and hugged Santana and Kurt together "don't wreck my house and send our stuff after you get out of here" I laughed

"Don't worry berry now tell finn I said hi" Santana said pulling away

"See you in a few weeks" Kurt said hugging Brayden and I one last time

"Let's go bray" I said taking my sons hand

We both get through security and get our usual snacks then board the plane to Ohio, it's smooth flight so far Brayden is watching a movie and I'm just looking out the window just thinking of this is right idea "Mama?" Brayden asks me

"Yes?" I said to him

"Do you wanna watch this movie with me?" He said showing me the iPad which shows our favorite movie to watch together

"Always bray" I said focusing my eyes on the iPad

A few moments later we landed in Ohio once we get to baggage claim and get our luggage I see Finns parents we both walk over to them "thank you so much" I said hugging them

"Anything for you guys" Burt said hugging us back

"Now let's go surprise finn" Carole said clapping her hands together

We get our stuff in the car and now we are off to Finns place, once we get there thankfully Finns car isn't there so that figures he is still at work me and bray get out of the car and pull our luggage to the front door then unlock it since Carole gave me an extra key, I go upstairs to my old bedroom and start putting my clothes in drawers "mom" Brayden said coming in the room

"Yes? Is something wrong" I ask folding my clothes

"Dad changed my room from a baby room to a room where I could actually sleep" he said with a smile

"Yeah I know, I helped him via FaceTime after he left" I told him, he then ran to me and gave me a big hug then ran back to his room

A few hours later I'm cooking a salmon dinner and Brayden is watching a show in the living room when I hear the front door open I then see finn taking his shoes off not even noticing me or Brayden we then make eye contact and he runs towards me picking me up and kissing me right on the lips and start kissing for a few seconds then getting interrupted by Brayden "ewwww" Brayden said looking at us, Finn then pulled away and went towards Brayden then hugged him tightly

"What are you guys doing here?" He asks us

"We are moving in"  i said to him, his mouth dropped open

"You took my advice? What happened to rick?" Finn asked

"I'll tell you tonight while the little one is asleep" I told him, Brayden then scoffed at what I said "I'm not little mom" Brayden said folding his arms

"You will forever be my little man" I said messing with his hair

"Anyways dinner is ready" I said going back to the kitchen to get dinner plated

We all were eating at the table making conversations "Mom this is really good salmon" Brayden said

"Thanks bray" I said taking another bite

"I'll thank you later rach" finn said smirking

I heard Brayden fakely gag next to me "dad I'm trying to eat here" Brayden said I looked up at finn and he had a happy look on his face

"Sorry buddy" finn laughed taking another bite 

"I'm going to play some video games" Brayden said getting up and putting his plate in the sink and running quickly upstairs not looking back at us

I look at finn and then back at my food we both start laughing uncontrollably, we both calmed down a little bit "I probably shouldn't of said that infront of our son but I couldn't handle it" finn said to me

"Probably but you said the truth but hey when did we get back together?" I said leaning across the table towards him

"I think we were always together babe" finn said leaning in and kissing me deeply then taking me upstairs to have his way with me.

It's good to be home.
