Chapter 5 : Xu Lin

Xu Qin didn’t answer his sister’s question since his attention has always been on Xu Ming.

He got used to seeing him in casual clothes so now that he was dressed in outing clothes, it gave him a sophisticated and elegance feelings making him stand out even more.

He couldn't deny that Xu Ming’s new looks was in line with his taste and she looked much more attractive this way.

‘’What are you doing here?’’Questioned Xu Qin toward Xu Ming.

Xu Lin instantly frowned once she saw that her big brother actually ignored her but in the next second, she suddenly had a realization.

‘’You two know each other?!’’

Xu Qin gave his sister a cynical look like she was an idiot then ‘generously’ enlightened her,’’ She is Xu Ming.’’

Xu Lin instantly froze once she heard this name.

Xu Ming? Her brother did not mean that Xu Ming, right?

She stiffly turned to look at the person beside her and observed her face carefully. This person was the epitome of the words cool and elegance unlike the one that she knew which was full sarcasm and tasteless fashion sense in which she always found it hard to look at her due to her profession as a designer.

However, now that she was observing closely, she finally found the familiarity and realized that they really were the same person.

Her eyes immediately widened in shock, simply at loss for words. Meanwhile, on the other hand, Xu Ming didn’t feel surprised to find out that the woman was actually Xu Lin.

Her face was forty percent similar to that of Madame Xu’s but because she rarely appeared in public with the Xu family, not many people knew that she was the Young Miss of the Xu family.

Anyway, he didn’t have anything to do with them so he didn’t even question why Xu Qin came here with Chen Xin while she was hooking her arm around his looking like a couple. He continued to walk past them toward the entrance while answering,’’Shopping.’’

Xu Qin instinctively reached out his hand to grab his arm but Xu Ming evaded in time causing him to only touch the air.

Xu Qin’s face immediately went a bit dark due to his action.

Chen Xin, who got ignored for all this time seeing that the situation was not right, she quickly tugged Xu Qin’s arm to get his attention then sweetly said,’’Qin, shouldn’t we be going now?’’

She has already found out that this Xu Ming had amnesia and judging from how she treated Xu Qin, it seemed like she didn’t even have a shred of feeling toward him which was in favor for her to cut off their relationship and step in between.

However, to her surprise, Xu Qin suddenly took his arm away then said,’’Let’s meet later. I’m going back.’’

Hearing this, Chen Xin was shell shocked. She was about to refuse when her other arm suddenly got tugged and Xu Lin’s voice rang out,’’Qin ge, send sister-in-law home. I will accompany Xin jiejie for you.’’

So Xu Qin no longer stayed and immediately walked out to follow after Xu Ming.

Xu Ming thought of waiting for Xu Lin but he suddenly saw Xu Qin walked out of the restaurant instead thus he was a bit confused.

‘’Come with me.’’

Xu Qin put down this sentence while walking toward his car without waiting for the other person to ask anything.

Xu Ming was not one bit irritated with his cold treatment so he just paused for a moment then unhurriedly followed after him.

Inside the car, there was only silence. The two sat at the passenger seat with the same posture, legs crossed, arms folded across the chest while leaning against the seat, staring out of the window.
