Sapphire's POV:

I woke up the next morning feeling excited for today's Hogsmead visit. After rubbing the sleep from my eyes I stretched and got out of bed. I put on some regular clothes before heading towards the common room. When I walked in there was a crackling fire in the fireplace. A few students were up, obviously excited for the little field trip today. I spotted Draco sitting in the same chair he was in last night, so I decided to join him. We had a while before it was time for breakfast anyway. "Good morning." I said as I took a seat in the matching chair next to him. "Morning." He replied with a yawn. We sat in comfortable silence as we stared into the flames in front of us. There was no point in trying to talk to Draco, especially since he looked exhausted. Dark circles were underneath his eyes and I caught him dosing a couple of times. 'I really hope he's alright.' I thought inside of my head. "Come on, we should get going. Breakfast is starting." I said, causing him to jump slightly. The two of us walked out of the portrait hole and walked down the busy hallway. There was a buzzing sort of energy in the air, which lifted my spirits slightly. Everyone seemed to be talking excitedly to one another as well as smiling. Nick joined up with us as and we talked for a few minutes before going to our house tables. "Once you get some coffee in you you'll feel better." I said as Draco and I sat down in our usual seats. We filled our plates and coffee filled our cups. The two of us ate in comfortable silence. As the owls swooped in I wasn't surprised that I didn't get any mail. Everything that was addressed to me got sent to Dumbledore's office instead to be examined for curses. "I feel like crap, but at least this coffee is helping me a little. When I get some sugar in me I might feel better." Draco said, breaking the silence. I made a mental note to get a bunch of candy from Honey Dukes, especially since Draco's year had to go to Hogsmead tomorrow instead of today. Once breakfast was finished everyone who was going to Hogsmead headed out into the main yard. Nick joined my side as soon as I left the Great Hall. "How's Draco feeling? He didn't look to good. Do you think he's getting sick?" Nick asked me curiously as he and I walked outside to join the others. "He said he was sleepy, but that's it. I think he'll probably go back to sleep once he goes to the common room." I replied, and the worry that was in Nick's eyes seemed to fade. After everyone got counted we were free to head towards Hogsmead village. I wondered if the professors were going to be in the village, especially Gellert. He and I haven't been able to spend time together. I've been missing him like crazy. "Hey! Where are you guys heading first?" Fred asked, taking me out of my thoughts. "Probably Zonkos." Nick replied. "Great, that's where we're heading." George said with a smile on his face. The four of us walked to Zonkos and looked around a bit. Nick and I didn't buy anything, but Fred and George got a bunch of stuff. Most of which were dung bombs. "Make sure you stay clear of the fourth floor Wednesday night." George said. "Yeah, we've got a little surprised for old Filch." Fred said. The pair of the were wearing wicked grind on their faces. "Thanks for the head up." Nick said. "No problem." The twins said in unison. After we left Zonkos the Weasley twins met up with Lee Jordan outside of the Three Broomsticks. Nick and I went towards the shrieking shack instead. We just picked out a nice seat underneath a large tree and looked out at the lonely haunted house. I was glad that the weather was nice, but the summer heat had died away a long time ago. Now the fall time chill was settling in for the long haul. After a while the two of us went to the Three Broomsticks to get warm and to have a butter beer. As we walked into the warm building I spotted a few professors sitting together. When I seen Remus Lupin talking to McGonagall and professor Flitwick, I couldn't help but smile. He was doing great being the new Defence Against The Dark Arts teacher while professor Kreizler was at St. Mungo's. A few rumours were spreading around the school as to what happened to professor Kreizler. A few think he was fired and others figure he left for some kind of vacation. I was surprised that Dumbledore hadn't told everyone what had happened, but I guess he had his reasons. I pressed my thoughts to the back of my mind as Nick and I sat down at a table and ordered our butter beers. "How long do you think professor Lupin will be here? I mean... I feel sorry for professor Kreizler, but I honestly think professor Lupin is a better teacher." Nick said, breaking the comfortable silence. He looked slightly embarrassed that he opened up about his opinions on Lupin compared to Kreizler. "I know what you mean." I replied with a deep sigh. Lupin knew how to make every lesson interesting and fun, which everyone really enjoyed. I secretly wanted Lupin to stay on here at Hogwarts, but I did hope that professor Kreizler got better. After drinking a couple butter beers Nick and I headed over to Honey Dukes. I bought some chocolate frogs, sherbet lemons, sugar quills, etc. Even though I wanted to stalk up on candy, I didn't wanna get so much that I couldn't carry it around with me. After we left there we went and got new quills, ink, paper, and notebooks. "Miss. Vander." I heard someone say behind me. When I turned around I saw Gellert. He was looking as handsome as ever. I desperately wanted to hug him, but I knew I couldn't. At least I couldn't hug him in the middle of Hogsmead. "Yes, professor?" I asked him curiously. He walked towards us and gave Nick and I a little smile as he did so. "Could you meet me in my office after dinner tonight?" He asked me in a hushed tone so no one besides Nick and I could hear him. "Of course." I replied as a surge of excitement rushed through me. I couldn't wait until I got to see him later tonight, especially since we haven't been able to spend any time together. Ever since school started again I've been busy with my classes and assistant duties. "Good. I'll see you later then. You two have a lovely day." He said with a smile on his handsome face. I couldn't wipe the smile that was on my face for the rest of the day. "He makes you so happy. I wish I could find someone that loves me the way you two love each other." Nick said as he and I started walking back to the castle. My insides and soul hurt, because he looked so sad when he said that. "You're a great guy, Nick. You just haven't found the right person yet." I said. "I hope you're right." He replied. When we got to the Entrance Hall we almost ran into professor Snape. "Sorry professor." Nick and I said. To my surprise he said he was actually going to come and get us from Hogsmead. I wasn't sure why until he told us that Draco was in the hospital wing. We followed Snape towards the hospital wing quite quickly. I couldn't help but wonder if it had to do with why he didn't sleep well last night. As soon as we entered the hospital wing I spotted Draco laying in bed with Madam Pomfrey attending to him. "What happened?" I asked curiously to no one specific. "Will he be alright?" Nick asked in a curious tone as well. After we sat down next to Draco's bed Madam Pomfrey told us he had a fever amongst other things. It sounded like the flu, but most wizards are immune to muggle sicknesses. "Don't worry, he'll be fine. What he needs is rest." Madam Pomfrey said, but I couldn't help but feeling bad. I didn't know he was sick, but I guess I really couldn't blame myself for not knowing. I pressed my thoughts to the back of my mind as I reached into my candy bag and grabbed a couple chocolate frogs to leave at Draco's bedside. Nick left him a chocolate wand and a package of Fizzing Whizzbees. "I know this might not be the appropriate time, but don't forget about professor Lupin's potion." Snake whispered in my ear before leaving us alone with our friend. Eventually we left the hospital wing. The entire time we walked towards the library we just stayed quiet. I think we were too afraid to talk for some odd reason. The library doors opened just as we stepped in front of them. Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Harry walked into the hallway. "Hey, what's with the sad faces?" Ron asked as soon as he spotted us. "Draco is in the hospital wing." Nick replied. Hermione gasped, Ginny looked shocked, and Ron's mouth flew open. "What? Why? What happened?" Harry said with wide eyes. We told them what Madam Pomfrey had told us, and they hurried to go and see him. Nick and I decided to just hangout in the astronomy tower instead of going to the library or back outside. The thought of seeing Gellert later tonight brightened my spirits a little though. The day seemed to drag by, but dinner did come along. It was strange sitting and eating at the Slytherin table without Draco. I could see Pansy Parkinson smirking and whispering to her friends. Every once in a while they'd look over at me and snicker, but I didn't let it bother me. I was too busy hoping Draco would get better soon. When dinner was over I quickly got up from the table and joined the queue to leave the Great Hall. I managed to slip away from my friends so I go to Gellert's office. I had a feeling we'd probably end up in his private quarters. I got there before he did, so I waited for him to unlock the door so we could go inside. Once the door was closed and locked behind us he wrapped his arms around me. I wrapped my arms around him and snuggled into his chest. "I've missed your hugs so much, Gellert." I said before breathing in his heavenly scent. "I've missed your hugs too, Sapphire. I've missed holding you close to me." He said as he gently tightened his arms around me. We broke the hug slightly and captured each other's lips in a tender kiss. His lips felt so soft like they always do. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he lifted me up, so I could wrap my legs around his waist. A warm sensation spread through my body as he carried me towards his private quarters. Once the door to his private quarters was closed and locked with a complicated spell, he sat me down on his bed. When he casted a sound proofing spell on the room I couldn't help the blush that spread across my face. He climbed into bed with me and I laid down on my back as he hovered over me. I could see that the bulge in his pants were getting bigger as he attacked my neck with soft kisses. A moan escaped my lips as he hit my sweet spot. After he stopped kissing my neck he kissed my lips, and I kissed him back. I ran my hands down his chest and started unbuttoning his shirt. We slowly undressed each other until we were both naked. I'm pretty sure my entire body was blushing from how hungrily his eyes devoured me. "You're so beautiful." He whispered before he kissed me. My body ached for him when I felt his hard penis barely brush against the place I needed him the most. His hands felt so soft against my skin as he ran his large hands up and down my sides. "You're beautiful too Gellert." I whispered as he left a trail of kisses down to my stomach and back up to my neck. After a while of kissing and playful teasing he put on protection and looked at me. His multi colored eyes were filled with lust and love, causing my insides to melt. "Are you ready for me?" He asked in a soft tone. "Yes. Yes, I'm ready for you." I replied with a needy whimper, which made him smirk. He positioned himself at my entrance and I gasped softly as he slowly entered me. He wrapped one of his arms around the small of my back before he started rocking his hips. His thrusts were slow and gentle just like when he took my virginity. "Gellert." I moaned as I wrapped my arms around him. He held me so close to him that I had to wrap my legs around him as well. He captured my lips with his, but I broke the kiss with another soft moan. A moan escaped his lips as he gripped the pillow underneath my head with his other hand. "Sapphire." He groaned as he gently quickened his thrusts. "Gellert." I moaned and gasped as my back arched slightly. "I'm so close." I whimpered. I wasn't really surprised that I wasn't able to last long when we make love, but it was only my second time. "Let go sweetheart." He whispered softly in my ear, and I did just that. I moaned louder than usual as I reached my climax. My legs shook and my toes curled as I gripped the sheets underneath me. By the time I reached my second climax he came with me. He moaned and gently rocked his hips. We kissed and held each other as we came down off of our highs. "I love you." He managed to say as he gasped for breath. "I love your too." I replied as I gasped for breath as well. He slowly pulled his softening member out of me, and I instantly missed how close we were. He laid on his side next to me and wrapped his arms around my body. I snuggled into his chest even though we were both sweaty. We said we loved each other one more time before I drifted off into a deep sleep.
