I woke to sunlight, hitting me in the face. Squinting my eyes, I looked over to the window and saw a housekeeper opening the curtains.

"Rise and shine sleepy head!" says the housekeeper a plump woman with brown hair and grey eyes.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Today is the day that you started your training; the royal swordsman will be in momentarily. So, you might want to get dressed." with that, the woman left the room leaving me alone. I huffed in annoyance mostly because I didn't enjoy waking up with the sun shining in my face. Getting out of the bed, I made my way over to the closet and rummaged through my bag, pulling out a pair of sweatpants and a black t-shirt. While I got dressed, I couldn't help but think about what Arthur had said to me in my dream.

These agents had something big planned for my return. The only thing I got out of that was something called a Fomorroh (A/N: those who don't know about a Fomorroh I got it from the BBC series Merlin here's what it looks like ^^) Arthur didn't tell me much but he mentioned that a Fomorroh was a serpent that could control the mind of an individual. Thinking back to that dream I had earlier, with Colby and Kat tied up, I couldn't help but feel that this agent was planning to harm my girlfriend and best friend. Which meant that I couldn't fail this, if Arthur could have done years back, then I could do it as well. Just as I got my shoes on, I heard a knock on the door.

"Come in!"

The royal swordsman walked in carrying his sword at his side, looking very serious. I wondered if this guy ever smiled or if he ever took a break.

"Do you ever smile?" I ask stupidly.

"Smiling? No, I make sure that I stay focused and serious because sword fighting is an important advantage when it comes to fighting."

"Even though sword fighting has gone out of style years ago?"

"Not true, there are a few moments when a sword is necessary. One of which is if someone takes your gun from you, you'll be able to fight it off with the sword."

"Wouldn't they be firing bullets at me?"

"Yes, but that's where you listen and find the right time to dodge. Now stop standing there like a dumb ass and grab that sword, meet me on the field, immediately."

"What about breakfast?"

"Fine, I'll have a maid bring you some food, just after your done meet me on the field, got it?"

"Yes sir," I replied as he left the room, I grabbed Excalibur the minute the maid walked in with a platter of food that had a crumpet, some eggs on a plate and fruit. The maid wore a dress that was distinctly for a maid. She sat the platter of food down on the side table and bowed to me then left the room; her hair was grey and eyes an emerald color.

After attaching the sword and scabbard to my hip, I sat down on the bed and started eating. The food was good, I bit into the crumpet, and some crumbs fell onto my lap. The butter was a nice touch to it, soon enough I was done with the crumpet then I moved onto the egg which was boiled on the outside, but inside it was runny. Picking up a fork, I cut into the egg and brought it up to my mouth, taking a bite out of it. Immediately warmth from the egg yolk slid down my throat like soup. I finished the egg and the crumpet, I also finished the fruit. Then I quickly got up from my bed and left my room heading out to the field where the swordsman was waiting. I was scared about what was going to happen, but I knew that I needed to train. If I didn't, then I might not be able to save the ones I love.

"Alright, I'm here," I say looking at the swordsman who was practicing, I pulled Excalibur out, and the swordsman didn't seem to pay attention, I raised an eyebrow and walked over to him. "Hello? I'm right here."
