A month later, late July 1998

The nursery was completely finished two weeks ago, including the furniture Ethan had repainted for free to make them fit the color scheme Tracee picked out

Ethan promised to stay in touch with his newly found family and Tracee said he was welcome to come over in the weekends for a home cooked meal

Kaylee and Elijah had to go back to Miami but they promised to come back before the baby is born and stay a little while after the baby is born too

Gail and Romeo were on vacation, travelling with Janet on her latest tour and going to her concerts at night while exploring the city during the day

"Where's Tracee by the way?" Ethan asked while he and Michael sat down in the living room, drinking some coffee

"She just went to lay down, she's at the stage where she's tired a lot" Michael explained

"I still can't believe I've two sisters and one is about to become a mother" Ethan mentioned

"For us it's also still so unbelievable to finally get this far with a pregnancy, it's beautiful but at the same time so very terrifying too" Michael replied

"Terrifying?" Ethan wondered

"Yes terrifying since everything could still go wrong during or after the birth" Michael explained

"Dont think about what could go wrong, focus on the positive side, like raising the little guy or girl" Ethan mentioned

"I will, I can't wait to hold him or her" Michael told him

"Tracee said the exact same thing" Ethan smiled

"We both waited so long for our first child to be a fullgrown healthy baby" Michael answered

"Officially it's our third child" Tracee who entered the room reminded her husband

"Of course but he or she is the first full grown baby, both miscarriages weren't" Michael answered

"I know" Tracee sighed

--- later that night/ the next morning in Washington D.C,

"I'm so glad to finally see a familiar face" Janet smiled hugging Gail after she was done with the concert

"You decided to go on tour" Gail smirked "Don't leave me that long alone with our siblings, please" She jokingly begged her

"They can be passionately annoying" Janet smirked "But how are they doing by the way?" She asked

"Passionate as always" Gail mentioned "T is ready for the baby now, I know she's not saying it but she's kinda over the whole being pregnant thing but she's afraid to complain about it since they've wanted it forever now" She explained

"I really should make a stop in Manhattan soon, I'll deffently visit once he or she is born, September right?" Janet asked

"Yeah, when are you in New York by the way for the tour?" Gail asked her

"October but I'll stop by once the baby is born too" Janet answered "By the way where's that hunk of yours?" She asked

"Finding a new hotel since our room got double booked and you're in town so there's no room available anymore at the hotel" Gail mentioned

"Don't be rediclious, you guys can share the room with me I'm staying at the presidential suite it's big enough for you guys to join me, call that hunk of yours and tell him" Janet told her
