I sat on the couch reading a book.

The tower was quiet today. Everyone was busy doing something.

I put down my book and put in headphones.

"Is this the reaaaaal lifeeee?" I sang, not caring how bad I sound.

My headphones were pulled out. "Hey!" I yelled

"Okay songbird, we're all stressed so let's take a girls day." Nat sat down.

"Who said I'm stressed?"

"You're reading a book, that's a last resort for you."

"Okay miss goody eyes. Girls day?"

"Yeah me and you get away from all these men and go have fun."

"Can we get food?"

I walked through the local mall with Natasha, I've never been to the mall. Probably because one: I never need clothes really, two: I don't have friends...well I do but peter probably doesn't want to shop with a female."

"Why don't we get some clothes that aren't jeans and t-shirts?"

"But I'm comfortable in my jeans and t-shirts."

"Yes but you're not eleven anymore."

"What does that have to do with it."

She pointed at my shirt. "It literally says sunshine and rainbows on your shirt."

"Well it's nice." I shrugged.

Natasha forced me to try on endless outfits. I got three new pairs of jeans, some plain shirts, a sweet ass leather jacket. And my new prized possession...a queen shirt.

We were walking around when I spotted a laser  tag area.

"Hey Nat wanna go school some inexperienced humans?" I pointed.

"You're asking if i want to play laser tag?"

I nodded.

"Oh this will be fun." She took my hand and we semi ran to the desk.

"Two ticks for a game please." She handed the dude cash. He looked like he hated his job but I understand.

He handed us the two tickets and we walked over to where we put our names in.

I named myself Freddie Mercury because I can do what I want.

She blinked. "Hazel I think you have a addiction."

"Hush I don't care."

After a long ass explanation about rules they brought us into a room to get our laser guns and stuff.

"I've never played this." I buckled my vest on.

Some kids were struggling to even hold the gun so this will be a piece of cake.

We walked into a room and started spreading out. I didn't see Natasha.

I crouched behind a wall that had a bunch of holes.

Over the intercom, the game started.

I spotted a girl my age and shot her vest.

"HA!"

My vest took a shot. I looked over and Natasha was hiding.

"You backstabber!" I squealed and ran after her.

I shot her vest back and she shot mine, it was never ending.

Eventually the game ended. The scores were on the board and obviously Natasha won.

I was in second so I did well.

"That was fun, let's do another girls day soon."

Natasha chuckled and hugged me from the side.

Awe domestic avengers, so cute.
