The young woman has since been identified as 22 year-old Min Hyolin, a student from Iksan National College. She was found early hours on the 28th August 2017 but a local dog walker, her head.
Hyolin's roommate, who wishes to remain anonymous explained how she left late on the night of the 22nd to meet up with a man she had started dating over social media, although she never revealed a name or a picture. With her phone missing, and her social media accounts deactivated, it's undetermined if the male in question is a suspect.
Authorities fear that this is not the first nor the last victim. If you have any information regarding this case, please email klnnews-info@gmail.com.
